We had a wonderful trip from Amiens to Valence, France, with En-route Transport Animalier and Rainier. The journey was comfortable from start to finish. My seat was luxurious, and my dogs slept peacefully for the entire seven-hour drive thanks to the exquisitely fluffy dog bed provided in the car.

We stopped three times for bathroom and food breaks, which made the trip relaxed and enjoyable for both me and my dogs. Throughout the drive, Rainier shared his extensive knowledge of world history, French geography, and French culture, making the hours pass quickly. I felt welcomed, safe, and completely at ease throughout the journey. I would happily travel with En-route Transport Animalier again and highly recommend their service to anyone traveling with pets in UK and Europe.

La perfection devient de plus en plus un concept vain, sauf pour Rainier. Le trajet depuis la Grèce, en passant par la Macédoine du Nord, la Serbie, la Croatie, l'Italie, puis à travers toute la France, s'est déroulé sans accroc. Nos chiens, qui ne sont pas habitués à voyager en voiture, se sont sentis comme des rois.

I was so worried about finding a pet company that was trustworthy and could bring two dogs and an exotic amazon parrot last minute. Rainier helped ensure I felt comfortable and reassured.

I got frequent updates with photos and videos of the pets. They all seemed to be doing good on their travels.

Rainier drove my dog, Rover, and me from Paris to Warsaw. Not only is he an excellent driver, but in addition a wonderful conversationalist and a European tour guide 🙂I highly recommend his service to anyone looking to relocate their pet. The car was very comfortable and Rover loved his doggie pillow and tasty treats. He took walks on our designated stops and did very well in the car. We had a night stop over in Hanover. Rainier picked a modern, comfortable hotel near the city center and we had a tasty dinner at a lovely outdoor restaurant. Rover was also invited and he enjoyed the ambiance as well as a few dinner pieces, which miraculously dropped from our table. Thank you, once again, for a wonderful tour of Europe 🥰🥰🥰

Devant partir travailler en Norvège avec mes 4 chats, j'ai contacté des entreprises conseillées par les compagnies aériennes comme Air France : 4 mois de galère (plusieurs retards de livraison des cages de transport, informations erronées, interlocutrice agacée de devoir m'expliquer les règles à suivre, changement des règles en cours de route selon l'humeur du moment, date de départ tres compliquée à fixer, ...) pour n'aboutir à rien de concret et j'ai même dû repousser ma date de prise de fonctions. Désespérée, j'ai repris mes recherches et suis tombée sur "en route transport animalier". J'envoie un premier sms et réponse très rapide de quelqu'un qui m'explique très simplement quels documents sont nécessaires, les modalités du voyage et que ce dernier peut avoir lieu 15 jours plus tard. Le prix était tout à fait correct et inférieur à celui des autres compagnies : je n'en revenais pas . J'étais très contente mais.... trop beau pour être vrai ! j'ai commencé à douter et ma banque aussi en bloquant mon premier versement. J'ai alors vérifié toutes les habilitations de Rainier : très bien connu à la DDPP de Haute Marne, assurance à jour. Rainier n'a jamais renâclé à me donner plus d'informations et a toujours répondu rapidement à mes questions.
Nous sommes donc partis du sud de la France pour la Norvège : 2736 km, 3 jours et demi de transport comprenant 2 ferrys, 3 nuits d'hôtel. Tout a été très bien organisé, la durée des étapes bien pensée. Les chats ont à peine miaulé dans la voiture. Le trajet m'a paru très court : voiture agréable, discussions intéressantes et beaucoup de rires. J'ai vécu ce voyage avec Rainier comme des vacances. Mes chats n'ont pas été brusqués, j'ai pu vérifier moi-même qu'ils allaient bien et le soir à l'hôtel était leur moment de détente et de câlins.
Il est clair que si je devais un jour déménager à nouveau, je ne perdrais plus mon temps et téléphonerais immédiatement à Rainier pour un nouveau road trip!

Le service de transport était excellent. La communication était fluide et détaillée. Toutes mes questions ont trouvé réponse et les informations fournies étaient exactes et correctes.

Durant le trajet Genève-Nantes, j'ai pu suivre l'évolution de la situation et j'ai même reçu des photos en cours de route.

Le prix est raisonnable et juste compte tenu de la qualité du service. Je le recommande.

It was a great decision to have my cats transported from Spain to the Netherlands. Rainier was a true professional; the cats arrived very calm, the cages were large and had everything they needed. I would definitely use him again! Thank you for your professionalism!

Rainier took exceptional care of transporting our French Bulldog, Cooper, from Paris to Vienna. He picked Cooper up on February 15 and delivered him safely on Monday, February 16, so the trip was fast and very well organized.
From the start, Rainier was super kind, professional, and reassuring. What we appreciated most was how thoughtfully he kept us updated along the way, sharing photos and videos of Cooper’s adventure during the journey. It made a huge difference for our peace of mind.

A couple of days ago, Rainier helped us move our two miniature schnauzers from Milan, Italy to Portsmouth, UK. We could not be more pleased with the excellent service Rainier provided. From our very first email, we felt incredibly confident that everything would go absolutely smoothly and it did! Rainier is so knowledgeable about the requirements to enter the UK which are very stringent and made sure we understood what we needed to do. He was extremely nice when we met him at the hotel in Milan and he connected immediately with our two dogs. You can tell that he really does love animals, he was so kind to them. His van was set up to transport our two dogs in the most comfortable way. Rainier sent me pictures along the route and, therefore, I was completely confident that the dogs were well and cared for in the best way. In record time, Rainier was in Portsmouth. What a relief that Rainier has this service that allowed us to safely transport our older dogs - so much safer and better than flying them in cargo! We would very highly recommend Rainier to transport your precious cargo on your next trip in the EU or UK. Thank you, Rainier, for your professional service!

Bien sûr c'est difficile de confier ses animaux à quelqu'un que l'on ne connaît pas. Je suis heureuse d'avoir trouvé Rainier qui a transporté la semaine dernière mes 3 chats qui n'avairent jamais voyagé de l'Irlande à la région parisienne.
Tout s'est bien passé, je recommande.Rainier à tous les propriétaires d'animaux soucieux de leur confort.

J’ai fait appel aux services de Rainier et David pour récupérer mon chaton, arrivant à l’aéroport d’Orly d’Estonie… et me le ramener en Bretagne. Les tarifs sont très cohérents avec le service proposé. Ils ont été efficaces et aux petits soins pour mon chat, qui est arrivé ultra détendu, pas stressé du tout! Je ferai à nouveau appel à eux, sans hésitation.

I can not state enough what a pleasant expirience this was for everyone involved. My husband and I moved from Germany back to his birth country of Ireland this year and had a lot of work to do on the house we bought. For that reason we decided the dogs would stay with friends for a while and follow us over later when the major construction was done. Organizing the transport with Rainier was incredibly easy, even with multiple parties involved between pickup and drop-off. And David, the driver, was a delight. He kept us updated throughout and our dogs couldn't have been treated any better if we did it ourselves. They arrived understandably tired but much less stressed out by the journey then I'd been afraid they would. I truly can not recommend these lovely people enough.

Un service exceptionnel à un tarif très compétitif. Nous avons voyagé de Londres en Normandie avec Rainier, et ce fut un plaisir. C'est un excellent compagnon, il connaît parfaitement l'itinéraire et les formalités douanières. Il nous a conduits jusqu'à notre nouvelle maison et a même pris le temps de nous aider à ouvrir l'eau – un vrai plus ! Notre chat a fait le voyage confortablement et, après une journée passée à bord, il a fini de bouder et d'explorer son nouvel environnement sans stress. Je recommande vivement ce service et je referais appel à Rainier sans hésiter si jamais nous avions à nouveau besoin de transporter un animal.

Monsieur Jarman s'est merveilleusement occupé de notre chiot pendant 12 heures. Nous sommes très reconnaissants d'avoir fait appel à ses services. Excellente communication par WhatsApp avec localisation en direct et photos envoyées pendant le trajet. Nous ne pouvons que recommander M. Jarman et nous lui confierions à nouveau notre chien avec son collègue. Le contact avec le chien était également très bien.

Rainier était absolument fantastique et a rendu notre voyage super facile. Expérience géniale, et je recommanderais cette entreprise sans hésitation.

Monsieur Jarman est un expert, notre chienne a passé pas loin de 10h en sa compagnie et n’a manqué de rien.

Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme. Rainier nous a aidé à effectuer le trajet du sud de la France au sud du Portugal, ma chienne et moi. Un voyage de 2 jours pour un prix intéressant. Tout s'est très bien déroulé, une conduite prudente et un chauffeur très sympathique. Je recommande ! :)
