Broken but not lost
There was initially a hang-up with my order but the Enstaved team stepped up and made it right. The product is great.

Exactly what it needs to be.
It's an amazing product. It's light, sturdy, good looking, an amazing talking piece, and doubles as an amazing prop. It's everything I wanted it to be and then some. And the box it comes in keeps it perfectly stored away when not in use while I find it a proper home in my house. If I had a man cave for my D&D games, it would be front and centre in my display and I'd have it no other way.

Best customer service
Product looked great. I ordered it, and it came a little unfinished (frame wasn't glued/joined properly). Nothing you couldn't fix yourself but when I reached out they were attentive, approachable, and friendly. That alone would gain high praise from me but they also sought ways to remedy it with me. Their care for their customers is the best I've seen in many years. Doesn't hurt their items are perfect for my DM accessories haha.

Great service and product
The packaging was really nice, and the product lived up to all my expectations. I really enjoyed bringing it to my sessions, and my friends found it fun too.
The customer service was also great, and they answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.

Good quality but look out for the display case's
The product itself was good the quality was high but both the boxes I received had the problem that the lid fell apart in the corners and seemed like it wasn't glued or was to little glue

Ordering from the UK, very happy!
Ordering from the UK, the postage was reasonable and fairly speedy which I was thrilled about. The actual product looks great (although I would like to see a more realistic-looking wood texture in future) and it feels pretty sturdy.
Overall the value for money was great and I look forward to using it as a prop for critical moments in my D&D campaigns!

The staff is great
The staff is great, the only thing that I think would make it better is a piece that allows you to put a wooden piece on either side so you can have a dice piece on both ends.

+1 Item of Awesomeness and Great Service!
Only had one issue that they quickly resolved and even went above and beyond making it right. The stave is already being eyeballed my conspirators in the game but as the DM its always on hand during such times. It feelings good to wield and looks great on the wall! Thanks again for making this a NAT 20 experience!

I appreciated the updates through out the campaign and how they continued to inform us with production updates. I could tell they truly cared about delivering a quality product.

An absolutely amazing staff to control
The staff was very tall, easily able to adjust to the height I needed it to be. I made the decision that I would need to order more just for some of the cosplay ideas I had in mind
