EnterReg Reviews

This company is absolutely trash and should be shut down,, zero stars if I was allowed. No assistance, replies from any of them, this has to be the worst channel ever, the valuation you get is the same as webuyanycar so it doesn't give you a true evaluation for being one owner, full history, low mileage,, stay well away from these otherwise you will be leaving your review. Pathetic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking company, scam artists. Been trying to contact them for over a month through variois means with no response whatsoever. Happy to keep stealing my money though!
Avoid like the plague. Absolute sh*t show of a company!

I would give 0 stars if possible. We got charged 3 times each for 2 evaluations in the same sitting and some how had two subscriptions running on one account. I have contacted them twice via email (16th & 28th of December 2025) as they no contact number and I have not received a response or a refund.

Its a poor platform being overhyped. So many key features are missing, and this is meant to be the new answer to autotrader?! Its awful. Apparently calvin has heavily invested, not sure what on whith so much missing.
The 2 good reviews from Kurtis are clearly Calvin's brother.

I watch the you tube videos on this and it’s got some good price cars
The only thing I find it missing is a filter system where you can pick how many seats what fuel and stuff like that but If it has that I can see this definitely being a go to to buy cars

Hidden charges when labelled as a free account - ridiculous

Terrible app and customer service - take your money but never reply to your emails and don’t allow you to cancel your subscription. Definitely avoid

Fantastic product!!! Valuations and invoices in particular are great and love the Auto Trader integration.

Clearly a bunch of tightwads or brokies complaining about price below. Or people who simply cannot read (all the non-English, shock). They make it very obvious it's free to join, and some things have extra charges.

Do people honestly expect valuations to be free?! LOL

So many haters. Keep up the good work guys!!

There con men, had endless issues

Trading standards informed

I have been using Enterreg for about a year now for my invoices, books and valuations. It has made mine and my partners life much easier than having to do it all on paper and storing it away! The whole platform is so straightforward and quick to use. Quite often it is having updates of new and up and coming features which is always improvements. It has been a wonderful journey so far and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for Enterreg!

Bought a few cars of this site and it is such a good tool. You can speak to sellers directly and compared to other sites - it does not cost a lot. Would recommend highly !

Platform is massively overpriced, support nonexistent, and offers basically zero functionality of any kind. Pathetic excuse of a company and product.

Shocking customer service. They charged me twice on multiple occasions which is ultimately theft. I complained and they just ignored me. No replying to emails or ever getting back to me. Disgusting company - DONT TRUST!

Dishonest company. All of a sudden been billed for £17? Unacceptable, with no prior warning. I had accepted a free account.

I've been billed £7 for what??

Clearly says £0 basic membership.
Unless you have hidden fees which YOU DONT TELL your members off?

How scammy can you get??? Pretty sure its illegal in the uk to Trap members into an "apparent free membership" and be taking money from their card instantly WITHOUT any NOTICE on what its for?

No invoice, no email, no anything. Just takes money out of your account and you can even ring them.

Scammers!
Simply do not reply to emails and send invoices to then take money from your account when using as a basic user which it clearly states it is free to use! Now they do not reply emails to explain or refund you but are happy to send out invoices instantly.

Don’t bother using this company waste of time they are useless. On a serious note please don’t bother you will not get no interest from any company they list you have to Google them up for contact details to call them up and see what they say but nothing happens just not professional at all
