I moved both of my businesses to Enva after dealing directly with Amir Lohdi, who personally reassured me about the service I would receive and convinced me that moving to Enva was the right decision.

Unfortunately, when serious collection problems arose, the support I was promised simply wasn't there.

I've spent over a week chasing missed collections, dealing with overflowing waste and subsequent pest issues. There have also been problems with how our two accounts were set up, and I was required to pay £301.96 before further collection work would be arranged.

What has disappointed me most is the lack of communication from Amir Lohdi when I actually needed his help. I called, sent videos showing the waste and asked him directly for a call back. My message was read, yet I still received no call.

I understand that problems happen in business. What matters is how they're dealt with. I've felt like I've had to constantly chase Enva to resolve problems that I didn't create.

I genuinely regret moving my businesses away from the council based on the experience I've had so far. The service and communication have fallen far below what I was personally promised when I signed up.

can see from the other reviews this company lacks in customer service but i feel i experienced a whole new level! lorry driver nearly ran me off the motorway to make his exit after realising there was no suitable gap. The smug attitude that followed was really something - you have nearly drove 2 teenage girls off a busy motorway why the smirking and laughing?? The danger we faced clearly amusing?? proud as peach🙄 The company continues to delete google reviews from myself and my family about the incident so will try on here

Encountered one of this company's lorry drivers on the M8 near Linwood on 20/08/26 at approx 6.30pm. The driving standards of the fleet vehicle were highly unprofessional and unsafe. Unacceptable representation of the brand on public roads.

This in a commercial context where they were subcontracted to move a high school chemical store. I was the tech in charge of the store. Efficient and friendly service. A mercury thermometer was (understandably) broken in the move, they flagged it up and provided a spill-kit. Constant dialogue with me on how the new chemical store should be organised.

They were quite good last year, but this year they (Enva on behalf of Business Waste) have failed to turn up on MOST days they should have collected!

Fed up of being lied to.
Now 5 weeks running without commercial bins being uplifted. Lots of promises, nothing happen.
off to move supplier monday.
Will be commencing claim for money back and cost of tidying up mess and rodent infestation caused by over flowing bins.

Really arrogant driver that collected skip, I believe in manners and won't ever use Enva again

They were subcontracted by Waste Managed, another absolutely useless company,to collect my bin fortnightly.First four months ok then stopped collecting but managed to charge for overweight on a collection never made Waste Managed still not resolved this after four months.If there was a choice between these two companies or the plague, choose the plague.

there are more useful things to do with your money. You can throw it out the window or light the barbecue for example. These people gave their... "business" a small name to create the quickest joke. The customer service is even more ridiculous.

You will hear the most ridiculous excuses you have ever heard, with the sole purpose of continuing to steal from you, before you stop any cooperation with them.
If you want to create SERIOUS problems to your business or if you want to ruin your relations with your neighbors, trust this company.
You will simply be left wondering why the justice system allows them to still operate.

We hired 8-yard skips from Enva and ended up being hit with hidden extra charges, taking the cost to nearly £1,000 per skip — absolutely unreasonable. Every attempt we made to resolve the issue was dismissed with the same generic reply that the waste was “contaminated,” with no proper explanation or discussion. To make matters worse, the situation was escalated to legal charges without giving us a fair chance to sort it out.

As a construction company with many years of experience, we have never come across service as poor or unprofessional as this. We feel completely misled and unfairly treated. We will never use Enva again, and strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

They do not turn up when they say they do (if they bother to turn up at all). The staff are all rude and unprofessional and I am quite sure that they all suffer from some form of compulsive liar syndrome. Although their prices are competitive their service is abysmal. If I could leave negative stars I would.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed a 12 month contract with this awful company to have bins for my business. Full of promises and after signing the contract all I am doing is chasing them to have said bins emptied.

Never experienced such an unpleasant, unprofessional waste disposal company in the 15 years I have been trading.

1* is perhaps a little generous.

Wanted to order some aggregates. Email request unanswered for days, despite an automated acknowledgement. Call them and your just on hold for hours.

Absolutely no idea how this lot do or stay in business. Took my custom elsewhere where my query was answered in minutes, the phone answered immediately and my order placed in just a couple of minutes.

It's not hard Enva....but reading your reviews, clearly it is

This company has never been able to deal with Christmas and Easter and Bank Holidays etc. Despite my best efforts and agreeing in advance alternative schedules something always goes wrong and our bins pile up for weeks on end. They really don't seem to care.

Just watched a picky up driver dropped a bunch of stuff and then leave it on the street for birds now to come and make a mess. Fair enough if the bags rip or not properly sealed but common takes two seconds

Ordered a skip on Monday from local branch, for delivery Thursday, it never turned up and I had contractors starting on the Friday, had to delay the works. Friday phoned again and was told skip would be delivered that day, phoned back at 12pm asking what time, told it would'nt be Friday, it would be Monday, cancelled contractors again until the Tuesday. Monday skips finally turned up, the contractors I cancelled cost me over £800. Advice for anyone reading this, DO NOT USE ENVA, better going to a reputable local skip company or one of the bigger national companies like Veolia, SITA or BIFFA.

Had a tumble dryer since April still not repaired don’t not use this company biggest commercial in Britain I’ve ever known staff are rude and not helpful. . This company should not be allowed to trade.

The guy at the reception is horrible he should be sacked for he's stinking attitude
