Fountain Pen to Paper...

I take great joy in the lost art of writing letters and had run out of stationery. I was looking for the same brand of paper and found it at Envelopes.com. I grabbed some nice envelopes while I was at it! The selection was great, as well as the prices. Ordering was easy and my order arrived in a reasonable time.

set up and shipping

I find navigating the setup of the envelopes with return address and logo to be quite cumbersome. I am not experienced with graphic design. Also, the printing and shipping process seems to take alot longer than I expect. I know it takes a few days to get printed, but it seems to take a few weeks to get the orders to me. Your prices are reasonalble.

Mostly great experience but I'd asked the question about ordering the Black envelopes and got no answer...
I'm still trying to order 8503-B but for the past month in trying, I continue to get an error message, but it doesn't say they are "out of stock"

Turnaround time and delivery were…

Turnaround time and delivery were great. We're a little concerned about quality of the midseam on the back of the 9x12 envelope. Flap seal is fine.

I am a cardmaker and buy envelopes…

I am a cardmaker and buy envelopes regularly. Envelopes.com in my go-to source. Their large inventory allows me to match my envelopes to the colors of my cards. I mostly make A2-sized cards, and when I'm sending out 100+ handmade Christmas cards, I like the peel-and-seal option on the envelopes.

Classic and durable

Finding a classic and durable foldover card is more difficult than one would think, especially when ordering cards and envelopes to match. After many unsuccessful trial and error attempts, I happened upon this company and took my chances. The quality of the A6 Premium Cougar is exceptional. The texture of the cards allows consistent results whether I’m gluing, distress inking, stamping, or simply desiring crisp pen strokes…often all at once! The variety of back flap choices on the matching envelopes elevates the presentation. Additionally, all my orders have come in a timely fashion and well-packaged to avoid damage. Truly impressed. Well done!

The Best Envelopes Ever!

Our office loves the 10 x 13 Gray Kraft Booklet Envelopes they are perfect. It makes it really easy to fit our clients tax returns and client docs into. It took our office a long time to find an envelope that we all like and works well for all sizes of returns. The side opening flap is the best part it is a lot easier to put documents into rather than a top opening. With a top opening we were always struggling and fighting with it to get what we needed into the envelope.

Poor quality surprise

This is the first time I've been disappointed with the product I received. There ink smudges on each envelope and part of the envelope closure lines are in the print job.
I will be exploring a refund or credit as I can't use these.

It seems like an easy product to source. It wasn't. But, I found it, and the price was great, service was prompt, and the follow-up has been good. I found a good and reliable company and I received a good product in a very timely fashion. That is truly a good find these days. I would recommend this company.

Rebecca provided exceptional customer service every step of the way. I initially had trouble placing my order and uploading graphics, but she walked me through the quote process so I could move forward. When the product I needed was sold out, she quickly helped me find alternative options that worked just as well.

I then ran into issues with the website, and Rebecca once again stepped in to ensure my order was properly set up and ready for processing. Later, when I realized the 2-day shipping might not arrive in time, I reached out via chat—and Rebecca was there again. She upgraded my shipping and handled everything seamlessly using my card on file.

The process had its challenges, but Rebecca made it smooth and manageable by resolving every issue quickly and professionally.

This is my first order, and while I haven’t received the product yet, the level of customer service alone gives me full confidence that this won’t be my last.

Sufferable service

After 5 years of suffering through Envelopes.com's poor customer service, incorrect availability, delayed (or cancelled) shipping, faulty products, I will never use them again. Steer clear of them and their parent company and sister companies. Especially if your order is time sensitive. (time sensitive meaning, "I need these blank envelopes next week").
