Paul was absolutely brilliant - he identified the problem with efficiency and humour and throughout went above and beyond. We were in real danger of having rats in the house but by cunning and ruthless strategy he eliminated the problem all the while keeping us informed about next steps and making sure we were okay.

Excellent service. Fixed our sudden flea problem with 1 visit but after the 2 week follow up it seems to have permanently nipped it in the bud. Quick, effective and reliable 5️⃣🌟

Marc from Redbridge Environmental Solutions Pest Control sorted out my ant and spider problem! We had an ant mound living under our patio doorframe and false widow spiders along our fencing. After one visit, we didn't notice any spiders or ants hiding along our doors and windows. 100% will use Respest Control in the future.

Couldn’t have been more professional especially given then current circumstances. The turnaround from the initial call was so quick and the follow up and after care was amazing. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat !

Thomas has been outstanding throughout this time. Myself and my mum have been very anxious because of the pest situation, but Thomas has made us feel very much at ease and has checked in with us, and kept us in the loop. He is very kind and so friendly as well, which makes it even better. We have a small dog and Thomas was very considerate with the treatment he used. My mum said that if she ever has an issue again, she won’t hesitate to call him. As crazy as it sounds, we will be sad to see him go! 5 stars isn’t enough!! Megan and Mary

Thomas is absolutely fantastic. I like anyone else had no idea how to solve the pest issue that I had and was shocked at the prices else where and only offering 1 visit for this cost. As soon as Thomas came out he instantly knew how to deal with the issues and I felt I could finally get a good night sleep again without worrying. We are now finally at the end of my issues and cannot recommend this company enough. Offering to always be at the other side of the phone if I had any more issues is just amazing customer service and shows the passion he has for his company.
