I use to book a meeting room in eOffice each time I come to London, for individual work or meetings.
Excellent location, spacious room, professional reception and warm welcome.

Excellent service. Prompt, helpful and polite responses from both the UK branch and their partner office in Nairobi, Kenya.

eOffice has proved to be the perfect shared office solution for our startup: the location is great and the staff are professional, friendly and flexible. Moreover, the other clients (many of them are startups themselves) turn the place into a stimulating, dynamic and supportive hub. I'm a fan.

The location in the heart of London and the offices space are great.

I worked at eOffice's holborn office for two months and I really enjoyed my experience there. The office is at a great location where you can easily find transportation, restaurants, tube stations etc and the office itself is spacious and clean, not mentioning the free coffee and fast Internet! Overall, it's a great co-working space!

We are using eOffice services ( Virtual Office and Company Formation ) since 2012 ; the Broadwick St eOffice building is really well located ; with smart, stylish and comfortable office spaces ; last but not least, with nice receptionists.
Our LTD company formation process has been quick and easy with only 1 day of physical presence needed to open our first HSBC Bank Account.

eOffice has been very helpful in the set up of our business.
They helped us to scale their services when it was needed and would always reply to our requests, immediately.

The order process seems straightforward, allowing you to book a room online and pay for it. The only issue is the company then chases you, and requires that you fill up all the information again (including credit card and contact details...) thus duplicating the effort. Typical example of a useless web based service.

Will not use again.

Hi, we thought the booking system was pretty easy and the prices were clear and good value.There was a tad of confusion as we booked and paid on line, then were sent an e mail asking us to send in a second almost identical form to secure the booking. I think was to cover extras but it could have been a little clearer.

The room was all ready for us on the day, (though it was a little disappointing that a load of chairs from another room were being stored in our meeting room) and all the facilities in the room were excellent. We had a query on how to project onto the LCD screen and this was dealt with quickly and effectively. We met 3 members of staff, all were professional and effective.

The coffee could be better - instant was a bit low grade.

But we will definitely use the service again.

The Broadwick St eOffice building is really well located. I've used it a few times when I've needed a place for central business meetings, and I've had bankers, designers and entrepreneurs and they've all felt pretty happy having meetings there. Very comfortable, nice receptionists, and a competitive price for meeting rooms (compared to hotels and other work-spaces)

Ideal location and the 24 hour capability is a big bonus for international clients.

All the girls are lovely and helpful when requested - and always a joy to deal with if we ever have a problem. However the new printing Ezeep thing isn't great, so I no longer print.

The bimonthly gatherings are good also, but potentially a better idea to do over wine or post 5pm as give people chance to wind down and network more effectively.

All in all one of the best office spaces I've worked in!!

I've been working at eOffice Soho for the last 3 months and I only have positive things to say.

I attribute part of our organisation's productivity, creativity and energy to the workspace; I personally no longer suffer from an afternoon slump, or leave the office tired. I put this down to the office design, layout and lighting all contributing to well being.

I've also found the abundance of meeting room space has been a real advantage, and this allows our organisation to accommodate internal meetings, and clients on-site with ease, and to a standard where clients request if we can spare meeting rooms for them as meeting rooms in their blue chip organisations are scarce.

I've found the staff to be warm and friendly, but most importantly extremely capable. On occasions where we've had issues with our own equipment, the staff have always been on hand to step in and provide us with alternatives. It becomes relatively straightforward to surpass client expectations when they visit for meetings at eOffice.

I recommend eOffice Soho to any organisation.

eOffice run a well thought out working environment that has been set up to respond to the needs of both fledgling and established businesses. Their well trained team are responsive to our needs from assisting with IT queries to being a courteous and professional front of house to our clients. Great effort is also put into creating networking opportunities between eOffice tenants and with the wider business community.

We have been using e-Office services for a number of years, initially hot desking moving into full-time office space. I have personally been with the company for a year and have experienced nothing but positive support from e-Office.

Due to growth we required bigger office space which was catered for very quickly and efficiently. With the need for increased security down to our business area e-Office provided a solution for this again quickly and with no disturbance of work.

The team are fantastic! Always friendly and will support any business need you have. It is a fantastic environment to work in, especially as our business is growing; the people around you are enthusiastic and very supportive.

The office space itself is great. I love coming to work! Being in the heart of Soho we have the quirky wall paper and comfy seats all around, yet it is still very professional which is important for us as we are in the financial service industry and often bring clients here.

Overall, I would highly recommend e-Office to anyone looking for serviced office space.
