I met cool people and made so much good memories on epal. We play games and watch movies and honestly makes me so happy, I get to share my interests and be myself. Especially after a long day, my stress was all gone gaming with awsome epals. If you're looking for gamers to game with, epal is the best option!

Privacy & Face Verification
The site requires facial verification using Amazon's service - which allows providers to retain the short video you record. In an era where a single photo is enough to generate a convincing deepfake, handing over a face-scan video to a platform like this is a serious risk. Think carefully before you comply.

Fake Profiles Everywhere
Roughly 90% of the platform appears to be fabricated. Profiles use AI-generated anime or "real person" imagery, and voices are clearly AI-generated. It strongly suggests the site is inflating engagement with fake accounts. The remaining profiles? Many appear to be the same small group of people running multiple accounts - you can tell just by comparing their voices.

Inflated & Fraudulent Rankings
Take League of Legends: the top rank is held by a fraction of a fraction of the global playerbase. On ePal, virtually every single profile claims it. Same story for Valorant, CS2, COD, Marvel Rivals - you name it. The only realistic explanation is mass use of purchased accounts.

What You Actually Get When You Play
If you're lucky enough to find someone who responds and joins a game, expect one of two things: an OnlyFans link before you even get their username, or a player who is openly cheating. Most don't even play the games listed on their profile.

The Customer Side Is Just as Bad
If you sign up as an epal to earn money, be prepared for harassment, unsolicited explicit behavior on camera, invasive questions, and worse. When you try to end a session, customers will deliberately drag it out - and if you push back, they'll leave negative reviews to punish you.

Zero Support, Zero Accountability
I submitted harassment reports backed by video evidence and screenshots. I received no response. A friend of mine received vile messages from a user - and when she reacted, she was the one penalized. The platform appears to operate with no meaningful moderation, no enforcement of its own policies, and no regard for user safety under US or EU law.

Bottom Line
ePal.gg is a platform riddled with fake profiles, predatory fees, unchecked harassment, and serious data privacy concerns. Avoid it entirely.

The officials listen to the community and implement changes where they see they can improve, and the epalers themselves are amazing!

It’s a decent site, but its security is horrendous it’s not good at securing people whether be age or ppl asking for nsfw things, the mods also seem more like bots than anything random messages. There is a better why they can up their security. Trolls keep getting in and rolling around causing chaos.

there support pedos and nsfw sellers if you earn a lot you get unbanned fast if you earn nothing you get perma banned from normal selfies this site is full of cringe nsfw buyers

It was supposed to be a gamer site, and yet almost half ppl there do NSFW and the owners don't care and protect them while banning the nice ppl for nothing

i got perma banned for only having an invalid pfp where you could see my thigh and there was no other skin showing after they let me out that picture up. no warning no temporary freeze just permanent ban. while popular epals show boobs and thighs on the feed regularly. they don’t give a fk about epals unless you give them a lot of money and their mod team is unfair and corrupted to the bone they let some epals break the rules because they have connection with the mods but fk the rest of us. ridiculous.

Great community, simple and sleek design. Easy to find someone to game with, and overall a good experience!

I recently received a permanent ban from my account, but I believe there has been a misunderstanding. A friend of mine created a new account on the platform as a prank and pretended to be someone else. He contacted me to schedule a game, and when we played, he sent me a PayPal payment without asking for my permission. He already had my PayPal information from outside the platform and wanted to avoid the site’s fee.

I never requested or accepted off-site payments, and as soon as I realized what was happening, I finished the session and left. Later, he reported me and claimed that I had asked for the PayPal payment, which is not true.

I’ve been a member of E-Pal for five years and have always followed the rules and maintained a positive reputation. It feels unfair that my account was permanently banned because of this misunderstanding, while the new account of my friend that caused the issue is still active.

Please review my case again — I would really appreciate it if you could take my long and positive history on the platform into consideration.

-The way they hire hosts and moderators feels so random and there is no clear and professional requirements.
-Management decisions and communication seem unreliable, leading to a rocky user experience.

Events and platform experience:
-Their events appear poorly planned and executed, so boring and u already know who is gonna win the same people every time :)
-The UI/UX design is clumsy and unintuitive, making navigation frustrating.
-When users contribute large gifts or payments, the site often malfunctions or slows down.

Industry positioning and environment:
-They market the site as a gaming and companionship platform, but the atmosphere and some practices feel more like a strip-club environment.
-There is a noticeable level of favoritism, which makes the platform feel unfair in every shape or form, even worse makes people wanna quite.

Income, fees, and fairness:
-They promise decent income, but in practice the same people keep getting richer, while those who actually need support struggle unless they know how to manipulate dumb high-spending clients who throw their money like rice :)
-Low engagement when u reach estar 1 or 2, orders dry up quickly.
-Withdrawal 20%, 10% on gifts, subscription and wish
-The overall earnings are inconsistent and often disappointing.

Technical issues and support:
-Repeated requests to fix site issues are met with excuses about insufficient income.
-The platform frequently breaks or becomes unreliable for no reason at all.

Suggestions for improvement if they wanna listen:)

-Establish and publish a transparent set of criteria for penalties.
-Ensure punishments are applied uniformly, regardless of the seller/buyer’s size or income :)

I have been with ePal for 3yrs. I had the most progress to potentially getting paid orders in my first year before I took a break. I came back and it's somehow harder! And it's way to easy to tell ePal is sexist. Out of all the eStars you come across or on the spotlight, 85-90% of them are Female. While the other 10-15% are Male. Making it very difficult for everyone to have a fair and equal chance.

Though recently, as of early March of 2026, an ePal Offical reached out to me, offering a chance to help improve myself so I could gain some exposure and be noticed. I am grateful for staff who actually go out to their people and offer some help on those who had a rough experience.

epal and their discord staff and mod team, both on site and on disc are more concerned with ripping in to real hard working sellers than they are these gooner brained buyers and users. theyd rather spend their time warning you for having a "suggestive pfp" for simply being a woman and doing something completely innocent because it *could* be sexualized than banning people harassing ppl for little to nothing. 0/5 if i could. NEVER. EVER USE EPAL. 20% commission rate if ur thinking of being a seller btw. they take so much of what you earn. it's not worth it at all.
