Great experience overall, thanks to our driver Joel! I've used Elite previously and always been satisfied. For future improvements, maybe consider upgrading the bus technology—the screens were limited and speakers a bit worn. Given your reasonable rates, I'm not surprised, but thought I'd mention it. Otherwise, everything was spot-on!

Elite’s party buses and staff did an amazing job in helping my family make a 40th birthday celebration even more special with their karaoke package. Our driver Ernesto was helpful and a lot of fun. We did the polar express holiday lights tour. It was great. The driver did a great job taking us to neighborhoods with good lights. He made the bus cozy with blankets and pillows. Our entire party had a great time.

Would highly recommend elite party buses. We hired for my sisters hen and it was PHENOMENAL!!! It made our night. So much fun. Great service from beginning to end!! Anyone thinking about booking with them you won't regret it!

Honestly the process form start to finish was great. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had in a long time. They make you feel like family from the very start. We did the polar experience. I placed reservation with Tammy and spoke to her a couple of times. Called with questions and got someone else and they were both just so kind. When I initially called, they were booked for the entire month except for a few select days. We quickly reserved our day and the rest was history.

The bus we picked was getting worked on, so they sent 2 buses instead. Apologized that we would not be all together, but honestly I think it worked out. Our drivers were Nate and Jorge!

Nate knew what he was doing. Had an idea of places to stop at and was familiar with Phillips Lincoln lights map. He explained all the details of what would happen. So incredibly kind and ready to give us an experience.

Both buses stayed together for the most part but did separate in between and after. I was on the bus with Jorge. His energy I feel like set the tone for our bus from the very start! We started by jamming out and dancing in the bus before leaving. We had to drop off a friend and made a rest stop. Ended our night with the grand finale light show.

Each of the kids were given a Polar express ticket. Which their eyes just lit up like Christmas trees. There were 41 of us, mostly adults. Who enjoyed cookies, a hot cocoa bar, and the entire tour. Both groups compared photos and experiences and both buses enjoyed it.

Some even mentioned making this a tradition. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience.

Friendly driver that went where we wanted to go!

We rented 2 buses for our event. It was very easy to reserve and pay. Both drivers were awesome! They reached out to confirm the event details, were on time, and checked in throughout the evening to see if we wanted to drive around a little longer before the next stop.
Both buses were very clean and it was easy to get our music playlist going. Everyone loved all the LED lights!
We will definitely be renting from Elite Party Buses again next year!

The bus was great!! Clean and spacious. We had the karoake feature which my friends and I used the whole time:) Ernesto was our driver and he was great and very friendly!

Ernesto was great!! He was a great driver and very easy and fun to talk to. The only complaint I have is that there was no way for people to really support themselves while dancing. Other buses I have been on have a railing or two that run across the top of the bus for people to have more stability and feel more comfortable dancing. I don't know if that is something that can be fixed or not, but did hear many people comment on that. Otherwise, the bus was clean, fun and everyone had a great time!!
