ePassportPhoto Reviews

The service was easy to use and very convenient.

Very easy to use. Thank you!

The whole point for me of using this company was that they promised physical prints in 2-3 days. It is a week now since they "shipped my prints", and I still don't have my prints.

QUICK AND EASY. PASSED PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS EASY.

We've used epassportphoto before - ten years ago! It's so easy and makes sure that the photo is passport ready. Quick turnaround. Got a working photo the first time. Would recommend to anyone needing a passport.

Great staff support after initial photo was not accepted.

It was quick & easy !!

I was having trouble creating a passport-compliant photo for renewal online.

In less than an hour, ePassportPhoto fixed my photo and it was immediately accepted.

And I didn't even have to leave the couch.

Best $9.95 I've spent in a long time.

The process was easy. Guided through step by step. Will definitely recommend to others.

This an amazing site. Very fast and reliable. Good value for money. Customer service very efficient. I strongly recommend.

Well I got my new passport. It was a easy process to do and reasonably priced.

Very convenient! So easy to use.

Easy, quick, convenient, and accurate.

Simple, smooth experience

easy to do and had to make some modifications and resubmitted photo, it was very quick and easy to use. Turnaround time was within minutes.

Fast and easy! I received my edited photo in less than 20 minutes. Thankfully, I was provided a digital and print template because the government didn't have record of my passport to renew online, so I had to have it printed and mail it in. Go figure. I just received notification that the renewal was approved. Thank you!

Great service would have taken me many tries to format a photo myself

This service was less expensive than driving to a drug store, was able to remove any background, asked for a new photo without shadows on the face, reviewed it for compliance, and delivered the final product in less than hour.
The digital photo was accepted by the state department and the passport renewal application accepted.

I needed to resize a photo for a USA passport application, and I paid for this service because I needed to do it in a hurry. But the resized photo that I got back looked awful because they had processed it to make the background white. The result looked obviously digitally altered, which the authorities don't like. So I ended up manually resizing my own photo to the correct dimensions anyway. ePassportPhoto refused to either send me a better version of the image or to refund me.

It is fast, easy, and accepted by Federal Passport officials.
