Poor tech & over secure
Due to the sites highly unnecessary two page security questions one of which is you type in your own question means that despite being on two pages under the exsact same web address ( my I phone only recognises the 2nd page as login in details and remembers those as my user name and password) thus locking me out of view my own wage slip, now im not an idiot and im not the only person to own an iphone so i can only assume this is a massive problem maybe if the company invested in the technology to issue OTC on login instead of locking everyone out of there earnings
