⚠️ Potential Fraud – Payment Sent, Proof Provided, Product Not Delivered

Review:
I made a purchase from epccable.com for access to a parts catalog.
The payment was successfully processed on my side, and I provided them with full proof of payment, including a bank transaction confirmation.

Despite this, the company repeatedly claimed that the funds “did not arrive to their bank,” and refused to provide the product or service that was purchased.
I contacted them multiple times, provided documentation, and tried to resolve the matter, but no solution was offered and no refund was issued.

At this point, I have strong reason to believe this website is not legitimate.
Customers should be aware that even after submitting payment and proof, the product was not delivered and communication was evasive.

I strongly recommend avoiding this

They should give the option for zero stars or a big pirate skull and crossbones flag so we can give warning to stay away from a site like this one that is nothing more than a scam designed to steal your money. That’s exactly what this website is. It has a nice layout of heavy construction equipment diagnostic software and tooling that myself and others in the profession need to perform the duties of our job nowadays. Even off road equipment has dozens of computers and emissions components like automobiles do and you have to take it to the dealer for repairs or purchase expensive tooling to do it yourself. I have recently been searching for some newer software for diagnostics and had found it on another site before this one and that site turned out to be a scam and robbed me of my money $350 of my money. So I very uneasily continued my search on the web because I am stonewalled at purchasing the tooling myself or calling the dealer out at over $200 an hour. I found this site in my search and thought it seemed familiar for some reason and when attempting to contact them about the product I needed that familiar feeling became reality finding the contact phone number and address to be exactly the same as the place that scammed me previously. The page is familiar because it’s in different coloring as the other company page but exactly the same thing arranged differently. Come to find out this guy(I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say his name) is running the same scam on 4 different websites (that I’m not sure if I can mention them) Confirmed by same contact phone number in the UK, same address, same promises for support 24/7, and the same products and claiming to be associated with TXS Global which I know I can mention because they have been found fraudulent and their page has been taken down. I’m older from pre computer generation so not ancient old but I don’t use the internet much but more since the pandemic forced me to so I get on knowing what I need and grab it up when I find it and don’t pay much attention otherwise but this time I did and could have fell victim to this scam a second time but realized what was going on. The site also has a chat platform on it same on all 4 sites that worked for me until I made my payment on the first site that scammed me and stopped working immediately along with any other communication, absolutely nothing. Contact info doesn’t work for me on all sites like my computer address is blocked or something. The platform used to send payment didn’t care they said call police? Internet police? Money police? I know this is long, maybe too long? Hopefully enough to help someone else avoid being scammed. If the business was in the US he would already be caught but being in the UK I don’t have the first clue who to report the scam to so I’m reporting it to anyone who wants to read this. I reviewed my scam experience so I think I can mention one of the other sites it’s catsft.com fake business tan by a thief. Beware of both.
