Package arrived in time. Wares were not damaged.

Love these lights. So cool.

Ordered two lightbulbs, received one and a base with an incompatible plug. Contacted the company and they told me that since the base is worth more, they won't send me the second bulb. But I don't need the base (which by the way, made smoke after being plugged with an adaptor) and never got my second one. Then company went quiet. Avoid

Had asked for different lights other than the stock ones on the special Four Plus free stand. They allowed me to pick the ones I wanted and still honored the Four Plus free stand. Order was spot on and arrived before promised. Very pleased with both product and service .

Very nice bulb, but perhaps not quite as dynamic as imagined from photos. I plan on buying another (a different variety) to see how that one fits into my collection.

I placed an order with EP Light over two months ago. Since then I have tried to contact them several times to enquire about delivery time for this order but I have not been able to speak to anyone or had any response to emails. I am still waiting to hear from them to find out when, if at all, I am going to receive the order I placed. I would also like to highlight that I paid for these items when I placed the order. So my experience of this company so far is extremely poor. I would caution anyone who is thinking of placing an order with them to think twice.

Absolutely love my blue hydrangea bulb! Even better and higher quality than expected!

Bulb isn’t very bright and doesn’t look as good as advertised.

Beautiful lights, purchased for Christmas gifts. I had one and once my kids saw it they all wanted one!

I had a bulb that was suppost to last 100,000 hours and only lasted about 1000 hours. And you took care of my problem with super speed happiness. Thank You.

I never received my product. I’ve contacted the company twice and no response. Worst service I’ve used so far.

not a good product at all. does not stay on ear. not a tight fit and for this price point would expect more.

seems like a gimmick product more than anything.

Love the globes,they are expensive but worth the buy also.only thing that i dislike is that you cant choose a style cause i have 2 and if i order another and its the same,it would suck

They stepped my home up to another level.

I purchased this as a gift for my son. He received it but had no idea who sent it to him because the sender's (me) name was not included. Also there were no directions given as to how to use the product. He had to go to the website to learn how to use it. The website does not do a good job of explaining if the bulb can be screwed into a regular socket if the stand is not purchased.

Awesome. The "bulbs" are without hesitation wonderfully unique. They'd be a "Five Star" for me were it not for the decision to use cords with in-line switches. Still, the craftsmanship of the actual bulbs more than makes up for the difficulties presented by the power cord (e.g. the inability to have furniture flush to the wall when you have these kinds of power cords, etc.).

I have used EP lights starting with Kickstarter - they have had several pumps - broken bulbs, bulbs falling apart - but EP has stood by them and I can't find another light that fits my sensibilities and decor - so I stay with them.

They are getting better on deliveries and responses - for that I am giving them this 4 star review.
