I had an excellent experience with Shuja and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. He was so professional and the price I paid for the installation of a Joycharge port was competitive. Another installer had installed a cheap product that didn't work. Shuja removed the fake product at no cost. He remained very cheerful while working and helped to explain how things worked to me. I reached out to Shuja from EP Electronics based on a question referral from someone I trust. Ours was a complex EV charger installation as our consumer main unit is in the front of the house, whereas the car gets parked at the back of the house. What made things even more complicated was ours is a mid terraced house. Shuja and his team were brilliant. Brilliant EV charger installation in Slough! Very professional, punctual, and tidy service. The Joycharge charger is excellent quality and works perfectly.
