My additional pair of hands cancelled at the last minute and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to move all the items down the stairs to load into the van with just one other person. How wrong I was! The service I received was faultless and everything was neatly secured in the van in no time at all. I’m also very grateful for them putting up with me on the drive to the second location! It’s no wonder they have so many loyal clients!
I’ve now found my go-to company for removals in and around London- thank you for all your help!!

Aaron was an absolute gent. Very helpful loading and unloading the van. Straps and coverings for the furniture were supplied and I rode with him in the van as well. Friendly easy going guy. If all the employees at Penny Logistics are like Aaron then I highly recommend them. The job took 2 hours rather than 3 so it was all very efficient.

Aaron from ePenny Logistics did a fantastic job helping me with a long 300 mile move.

My wife and I were delighted with his help. He is professional, polite and friendly, arrived on time, was incredibly helpful and careful with our furniture and boxes, and drove well. The Luton van was great and well-equipped for removals, including a tail lift to help lift the heavy furniture up into the van.

We needed ePenny help on very short notice, on a Sunday, to move boxes from a flat in London to Manchester and they said yes. Chris was punctual, very helpful. Reasonable price agreed upfront, no surprise.

The guys were a bit late due to traffic (50 minutes). In the end it did not matter too much as the buyer relaxed in the garden.
Both guys were friendly and professional and very fast and efficient.
I would be happy to use this company again. Reasonable rates and good service.

5 stars for excellent service. I am a teacher and had to move my many books and belongings from school to home. While I only spoke to one of the gentlemen who transported them for me, he was polite, efficient and helpful and I am sure his colleague was too. All items arrived safely in the given time. I would highly recommend using epenny for a move of any size.
