Problema en el envío, buena calidad
Me decido por una epic two con cañón lw (700mm).
Pues bien mi experiencia es la siguiente:
Lo negativo, retrasos con el envío que no llego a comprender y la atención al cliente siempre vía mail y whatsapp se demora bastante aunque siempre han respondido.
Lo positivo, el epic two merece la pena vengo fx impact teniendo en cuenta que son conceptos diferentes de armas.
Epic se siente mejor que fx, sale de la caja y la precisión está ahí se regula fácilmente en cambio fx para una precisión similar me hizo ir al mercado de accesorios varias veces (puerto trasferencia,linner, martillo, pin....ect).
Lo recomiendo a la espera de ver como envejece.

Fantastic customer service
I contacted them because I had an issue with an item, they replied within an hour, asked to return it to a uk service address, they were not able to repair the item so sent a replacement out , which arrived within two days of posting. Fantastic customer service, I have purchased a couple of items from them and can highly recommend them.

Bought a epic two on blackfriday
Bought a epic two on blackfriday. Delivery took over 6 weeks and the communication was bad. The website and standard emails are slick. Operational execution and communication is very poor.
