I got a customed PC, with monitor, deal with them. It was quick and they were extremely helpful. Shout out to Racky who advised me, delivered and installed the whole for me.
He was patient and clearly passionate.

so i bought a monitor brilliant deal .. and payed extra for express delivery $10 48 hour a thought that will be here in two days or three ....no it arrived just under a week later epsilon sat on my order for two days before shipping it to there courier

I purchased a MacBook from this seller for £2009.75 expecting a normal, fully usable device. Unfortunately, after receiving it, I discovered that the MacBook was enrolled in Apple Remote Management (MDM), meaning it was still linked to an organisation and could potentially be remotely managed or restricted.

I contacted the seller to report the issue and ask for assistance. However, after informing them that the Mac was MDM locked, the seller stopped responding to my messages.

Since the item had already been delivered, I used the standard eBay return option to return the device. The refund was eventually processed through the return system, but the situation caused unnecessary stress given the amount of money involved.

For high-value electronics like MacBooks, sellers should ensure devices are fully removed from Apple Business Manager and are not enrolled in any remote management system before selling them. Buyers should also confirm this before purchasing.

Wrong item delivered. Has not responded to my email, not even an aknowledgement

I wanted a mouse mat of 750mm wide by about 400mm deep and could not find one anywhere except epsilonpc,co,uk. It was an NZXT mouse map that perfectly fitted what I needed and was good quality, although not cheap (£29 including delivery). It was in original packaging and brand new .Pleased with it overall !

Don’t shop here — they’ll try to keep 30% of your money.

I paid in full online for order #2376 (£79.99) and collected it from Epsilon PC’s Tottenham Court Road location. When I attempted to exercise my statutory cancellation rights within days, staff insisted on deducting a 30% “restocking fee”. Imposing a blanket percentage return fee for cancelling an online consumer purchase is unlawful. A retailer can only require return postage if that was clearly disclosed in advance, and can only make a proportionate deduction for any actual diminished value caused by handling beyond what would be reasonable in a shop — not an automatic 30%.

Being pressured into accepting an arbitrary 30% deduction is unacceptable and undermines trust completely. I would avoid buying from Epsilon PC unless you’re comfortable having your consumer rights challenged at the point of return.

All according to plan

One of the two products I purchased was faulty, and when I tried to return the item, Epsilon did not give me sufficient notification for exchanging it, they just showed up when I wasn’t home. I emailed them regarding this hoping to reschedule, but did not hear back from them until I left a negative review. In the end, they did replace the item and resolve the issue.

Very helpful member of staff Rocky who sorted out my computer issues. Excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic experience buying two high end PCs over the years. Sam is really patient and gives a level of service that larger firms simply don't have. Also when I had a ram instability issue, Rocky came over and patiently fixed the issue - really very happy with Epsilon. Thanks so much .
