If there was 0 stars I would off put minus - . Silicone rubber seat belt covers to stop knocking noise . What a complete waste of £10 . Chinese tat that does not even fit 😡 don’t know what sort of seat belts they supply in china must be half the size of European standards . Another Chinese Knock off shop . Avoid with all costs .

I ordered your product through Cheerstash and they did not deliver my product The drill bits. How are they making your product look bad. You doing the same thing! I see all the disasters due to weather around the world which is probably the wrath of GOD for you and others stealing from people. I am retired and don't have money to give away!

An absolute joke of a company. Do not correspond fully with emails and send a bod standard email to whatever questions you ask. I paid for my purchase and the money was taken immediately but never received the goods, I have started a formal complaint and the the email came back referring to my order will take 10 days to deliver, exactly the same email I received when I initially purchased. Thankfully PayPal are returning my money but the carriage cost will be still outstanding. Avoid at all costs.

Their refund policy is terrible, they use a Chinese based carrier for many of their items that never get delivered. I was told by JS shipping that the item could not be delivered do to "Interference by an animal". Was told a second attempt would be done a week later, but still NO item. They deliberately act slow and stupid.

Ordered in January, product hasn't even left for the shipping centre. Contacted twice since, have given 2.5 months to deliver, nothing arrived, fobbed off via email. DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND HAVE HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST.

I was looking at some towel hooks on line, and when I clicked on the item to look at, it took my money before I even agreed to or gave my bank details.
They must have had my card on file, but where did they get it?
The amount was more than quoted also.

I ordered their tire pressure sensor reset tool 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything and have not recieved the item I bought and paid for

Their tracking website says the product I ordered was delivered. It was not. But mistakes happen, so I e-mailed them to ask for help. I'm still waiting for a reply. I'm becoming reconciled to the idea that I've been scammed and my money is gone -- but please learn from my experience and avoid this company.

UPDATE 3/19/26: After I posted my review, I *did* hear from the company, who promised they would re-send my order. They did, and it arrived today. It took longer than expected and they were not especially communicative, but ultimately they did deliver what they promised, and I am satisfied with the product. Accordingly, I am upgrading my rating from one star to three stars.

Incorrect size sent. Will not answer emails.

Eptchn.com advertises a product I think I would make use of but there is no Customer Service Department to inquire about it through and every attempt I made to get an email inquiry sent to the address they provide and claim is available to us never works. The email never goes anywhere despite being correctly input. It is neither the fault of my email service nor a browser issue. They flat out don't offer customer support or even sales support. Is it a scam? I'm not able to discern that myself. The good news is the product I was seeking is available at Amazon and elsewhere and I could both ask questions about the item and pay a comparable low price for it.

This was something I picked up as clickbait on Facebook. The company is obviously Chinese and was offering amazing deals. Silly me. They were happy to take my money but don't now seem interested that I haven't received the goods. If you look at their website it would seem their customer service is first rate. First rate for indifference, that's for sure. I'm writing this off to experience.
