Equality Disability and Health Care Services or EDHCS as I like to call them is the best NDIS provider. they take their time to understand our family member's needs and are very reliable with providing the exact support that we need

What we appreciate most about EDHCS is their communication and follow-up. If something needs to be adjusted, they actually action it and keep you informed. The support workers are kind and capable, and there is a good match between staff and participant. It does not feel like we are constantly chasing things, which has been our experience elsewhere. The service feels reliable and professional, and we have more confidence in the supports being delivered.

Macy and her carers go above and beyond. Macy is clearly passionate about the work she does. She was always available to us to problem solve any issues we had with Mum. We could really trust Macy, which meant a lot.
The carers were just incredible. So personable, reliable and caring. Always willing to do things the way we wanted. They developed a genuine connection with Mum which was really special. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I have been working with EDHCS for a few months and I wanna say that the staff members are kind and professional.
