Good stock alround good serviceI

Quick and easy to order and delivered nice and quick.

This company allow you to order items at a discounted price to only let you down.

Having just ordered a coat in red, I was told after a week of waiting they couldn’t send my size but I could have it in pink or yellow.

I asked if they had other sizes in the red to which I was ignored and then the order was cancelled.

They then advertised within a day the red coat I had ordered in multiple different sizes (including the original one ordered) at full price.

Very disappointing, lack of communication, very poor customer service and clearly like to change their mind on offers if they think people want the product enough.

Unfortunately, I’ve been left very disappointed by my recent experience with Equisafety.

I placed an order using a discount code that was provided to me by their website to my email box, and the order was accepted by the system. The offer also showed that I would receive a free pair of hi-vis leg boots, which was one of the main reasons I decided to place the order.

I contacted Equisafety when there was an issue and explained that the error wasn’t on my part. I appreciate that they felt they couldn’t honour both the discount and the free boots, but I was disappointed that, rather than discussing an alternative with me, they simply cancelled and fully refunded my order without checking with me first.

I’m a loyal customer and have purchased from Equisafety many times, including at Your Horse Live, so I found the way this was handled particularly disappointing. I also felt uncomfortable that the use of the discount code was questioned, when it was their own system that provided the code and allowed me to use it.

I completely understand that businesses need to make sure they don’t lose money on orders, but I think there are better ways to deal with a genuine website error, particularly with a returning customer.

Sadly, what could have been a straightforward conversation has left me with a rather sour taste and has made me question whether I’ll shop with Equisafety again.

The hi viz vest was exactly what I was wanting, zip up, zip pockets and clear instructions on how to safely pass

this is the third jerkin i have had and the quality gets better especially the zips if only they could stay fresher longer even a deep clean fails to get rid of the ground in road dirt a motorcyclist accumulates in a days hard riding perhaps a scotch guard or similar teratment might help

Excellent and knowledgeable staff ensured my new Gatehouse 2.0 body protector was fitted correctly. So pleased I popped in to try one on. The staff were friendly and super knowledgeable. Looking forward to seeing you again at Your Horse Live!

I've bought several equisafety products and love them all. They make such a huge difference to our visibility.

They failed to pay the Royal Mail delivery fees, so my item was held and has never been delivered. Their customer service in handling this was poor and non-existent. I've not received the item, nor a refund. Will be disputing with my bank. Would not recommend.

Have several of the multi coloured mesh waistcoats in different coloursways. Love the idea of different colours for different surroundings/ light
Will be looking to purchase the leg wraps and sheet soon to match
Quality is great, no snags in the mesh even going through the occasional overgrown hedge/ bush 😅

The process was fast and easy.

I live in the US and there was never a problem with Equisafety shipping to me. The item arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, and it just as described. Well worth the little bit extra in shipping to get a quality product.

My air jacket arrived without a canister, I contacted Equisafety and they sent me a canister out straight away. Excellent service, thank you.

Poor. I newer got the parcel and the service varied from unfriendly to friendly but not making anything happen and finally nobody answered. Be aware of this place. They claim others ( customs) and not taking responsibility for the delivery, which disappeared. I never got it . I just hope I will get my money back.

Really happy with this purchase. The Champion Revolve X-Air MIPS fits well, feels lightweight, and the ventilation is noticeably better than my previous helmet. MIPS technology gives me extra peace of mind on trail rides and cross-country. Equisafety’s shipping was quick and the whole experience was smooth. Would definitely order from them again!
