Never received product, my credit card company credited me , Erae founder wrote to tell me she’d fired the agency responsible & that if I’d release the funds she’d send me the products along with a free product to try. I told her I’d release the funds after I got the product which I never did. Seems like a big trust issue here.

Erae oil is beautiful and silky and just absorbs into my skin effortlessly. It smells divine too . Leaves skin feeling soft and definitely more plump .

Pleasant, light oil. Goes on easily, spreads and absorbs quickly. Enjoy using it several times daily on my thighs and upper arms.

Erae has produced a product that is delightfully unique. My skin feels smooth and silky. The saggy bit under my arms are firming. It had a delicate smell that I’m not afraid to use, due with so many people who have allergies. I’m grateful this oil is part of my daily routine.

The Queen oil has a beautiful fragrance and makes my skin feel so soft and hydrated. Using this oil feels like luxury but is actually so practical as it does a much better job of hydrating my skin than regular lotions and creams.

I am enjoying the product, though I've only used it for a month. It is a lovely moisturizing oil with a delightful scent. The company seems to be young and ironing out the wrinkles in its systems. There are some website glitches and, like other customers, I've had to wait an unexpectedly long time for my 2nd bottle due to production delays. However, the customer service has been exceptional. Fast, kindly, and bending over backwards to help. With service like this I can work around the wait-times if I know to expect them. We'll see in time if the product lives up to the marketing --but isn't that true of most aesthetic treatments? I give them 5 stars for customer service but removed a star for the growing-pain issues. I wish them well and hope their processing wrinkles are smoothed very soon.

Product doesn’t work, I used it twice a day for a month and no improvement. You can’t really get rid of wrinkles just using an oil, Disappointed

I ordered my first bottle of Erae Queen oil while in Nicaragua- my skin was thirsty. My il arrived in 10 days and I really do love it- I have tried Ayurvedic experience, Beauty from Bees, Fatskin Quantum Blue and compared to all of these the Queen Oil is super absorbant, feels silky and has a very gentle non perfumy smell. My next 2 orders ( as I subscribed) are taking a LONG time to get to me- over a month- concerned i contacted the company and have been very impressed with the custmer support and communication.

Erae Paris has been keeping me informed as they are making up a new batch! Getting excited for when delivery comes🌷🌻

I just placed my first order for Queen Oil and ran into a few bumps in processing. John was quick to respond and satisfied me that he had taken care of the issue. Seems like a small company that is still working on smooth functioning and transparency. OK with me if they're willing to learn and grow. Haven't yet used the oil and hoping it measures up to its marketing promotion.

My experience with John was great! Some of the best customer service I have had in years. His response was timely, very kind and understanding. I needed to cancel my order and he took care of it without a hassle. When I am ready to purchase, I will definitely reach back out to John and place an order. Great to see that customers and or potential customers still matter.

I really love the product I purchased from Eraé Paris, but what I appreciate even more is their customer service. My email was answered with such care and understanding, and John committed to fixing the issue.

Most companies blame their customers for the problems they have with the website. Not John from Eraé Paris. What a standout experience. Brightened my day!

I placed my order Feb 23 2026 ,it is now mid March and I still haven't received the order. I've emailed them and all I got was the message saying track your order using the app. I think that they should be more transparent about the shipping process. If they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks I wouldn't be so irritated. Its an expensive product and I don't want to have to take action against them. Very disappointing.
John helped track down my order and gave me a partial refund for my troubles. I received the order today. I'm looking forward to using it. Thank you.

Update: I’m not sure if Erae has beefed up staffing to provide better customer service or just started paying attention but after 4 emails (and this review) I was contacted. John was very apologetic about the problems and committed to making things right. Although I was a bit skeptical, I was happy to receive the 3rd bottle.

It seems most of the reviewers are having the same experience with being scammed by this company.I also ordered the buy 2 get 1 free promotion, my timeline was also untrue, and I also only received 2 bottles. I’ve sent numerous emails and received no response. The oil is nice enough, but I don’t recommend buying from this company. The promotion was obviously a scam to bump up sales, and there are many reputable companies that sell body oils that are as good or better.

So after sending more emails I got no response BUT then my money was refunded.
What a lot of fuss and stress though for no product

I ordered the Queen body oil January 1, 2026. It was supposed to ship on January 13.
There was a promotion buy two get one free. I only received two bottles six weeks later, although they did apologize for the delay since it was pre-order.
But when I emailed them telling them I was missing a product they completely ignored me. I sent six emails with no response. This is terrible customer service. My order number was 3959.

Tracking tells me the product (Queen Oil) is coming from China. Oh, great. I've written them to say I will be cancelling the order soon and asking bank for a refund.
I ordered Jan. 15. It appears that it is waiting for a pickup by delivery agent at local facility (YVR?) Update to follow.

I had the same experiece as a previous reviewer, ordered at the beginning of January with an email confirmation that strangely says under Shipping: Insured Premium Shipping (Shipped on January 13th). Still nothing has arrived and no notification that it has been sent; also, it doesn't say it's been shipped on my account... I have contacted them for further information but suspect it will never turn up...UPDATE, it's been over one month since I placed an order and I finally recieived shipping notification through an unknown Chinese carrier - it turned up 10 days later...will see what it's like I guess. BTW still no other form of commuinication from them and their website is certainly shonky???

Further update. The product eventually arrived but no free gift as promised. The oil feels nice and smells nice so will see how it goes with regards to value for money.
UPDATE: I GOT MY BANK TO CREATE A DISPUTE. ‘THE FOUNDER’ OF THE COMPANY EMAILED ME TO SAY IF I CANCELLED THE DISPUTE SHE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND SEND ME MY ORDER F.O.C. ABSOLUTE LIES, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the Queen Oil on the 1st January. My order confirmation said that it would be despatched on the 13th January and payment was taken on the 2nd. It is now the 24th January and I have not received notification that it has been despatched. I have contacted the company to ask for a refund but have had no response. I will be seeking a refund through my bank.
