I ordered a sweater from them that took about 6 months to show up. Quality of the sweater is absolutely amazing and its one if my favorite pieces of clothing. I then decided to order more from them and then exactly what everyone else here is saying occurred, never got it and it has now been 2 years. I still regret buying more and feel even more scammed cus they sent the first thing

This is a scam, same as everybody else is saying too. They gave me a fake tracking number, had to charge back through my bank.

I placed an order more than 6 months ago, but it has still not been shipped. Customer support is unresponsive. I strongly do not recommend this store!

120€ order was never shipped out to me! After sending a mail expressing my concerns on the late shipment, they replied that it takes longer due to it being a pre-order (which was never mentioned anywhere). Many months and unreplied mails later i still, to this day, did not receive my order nor a refund and am very unsatisfied with their customer service :c

didn’t send clothes don’t reply to messages but when i call them out on tiktok and comment on their posts it’s a scam and clothes don’t come they block me?! proper freaks. dont buy from here save your money

Ukrainian scam, I hope shopify will ban this store. Can’t believe they can do this for so long and have so much followers on instagram. They ignored twice my email messages, seems like their clothes don’t exist at all

Total crap, they ignore me by mail and on Instagram. They haven't sent anything for a long time and don't plan to, it's not for nothing that the comments on Instagram are turned off. Now I'm trying to get my money back and they will go as a donation to a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, because these idiots live there. It's also possible that they had an influx to their warehouse and that's why they ignore me, well, that's just a hope.

same experience as all the other people here. i had to wait 11 weeks for the shipping update and then got a fake tracking number. comments on their Instagram are disabled so you can't call them out and the support doesn't even answers my mails.

Yeah same deal here as others have already mentioned, ordered some six months ago still got nothing.
They sent out a fake tracking number that doesn't work and blamed it on the parcel being lost due to shipping out of Ukraine. Even offered to send another package or a refund but then stopped responding as soon as i told them that I wanted a refund.

If you also ordered from this site I would recommend contacting your bank and getting your money back that way.

Era World Wide is a scam. They ‘lost’ the same package twice, the tracking number never even worked and they wont give a refund or try and resolve the issue, they probably never even sent it. Dont order from them and if you have had the same experience report their page.

Ordered the "sleeveless hoodie" for €125 on the 7th of December, they communicated a waiting time of 5-6 weeks back then. Some time after this window I started to communicate with them about the expected dispatch, they did respond but quite slow. On 16 Feb it was dispatched with a tracking number that did not work or was incorrect from the beginning. I sought contact with the customer service but this was quite hard. I was patient, going back-and-forth with some mail contact. Anyhow on 24th of March I emailed that I sort of lost my faith. On the 26th of March (quite fast luckily) I received a mail from their employee Adam saying that did not have any intention from withholding my funds or parcel and that he wanted to inform the local postal service about the parcel (might take up to two weeks) - if it turned out the product was lost he proposed to either send another product with express delivery or conduct a refund, which I believe was a prompt resolution. However, as I replied with the express delivery choice, I still have not any prospect of getting the product I originally bought or get a refund. It's almost 5 months since the original order now and I really would like them to act on an active solution anytime soon as I still lost faith I will ever see either my product or my money.. Fingers crossed, although in general I have to say I don't like this customer experience and the amount of effort I have put into this after I bought something quite expensive. It shouldn't be like this guys.

My order never arrived, I have tried to contact them several times. They replied to my emails referencing their policy where they have not responsibility on the package, which is illegal. You can not blame your costumer for a shipping that never arrived and you lost. It is not a serious business and so it is not their costumer service.

After 22 days since I ordered, the order is still not shipped. Multiple times, I tried to contact the seller but their support is extremely bad. First it takes ages for them to respond and then they lie about the dispatch date. Reported them to Shopify.

I ordered a jacket and pants from them. I placed an order half a year ago, during all this time they constantly promised that the order would be shipped soon, that they allegedly had delays due to the war in the country. As for the pants, I ordered three months ago and I still haven’t received anything. Terrible attitude towards customers, not only do they not respond to support emails, but they also do not send parcels. I managed to contact them through Instagram, they said that perhaps my letters were ending up in spam and asked me to write to them through another email. As a result, I wrote to them through 3 different emails and still no answer!! They don't say what status your order is, they just ignore it!!!! On Instagram they limited access to comments, on TikTok in the comments I wrote to them that I had been waiting for my things for half a year, to which they blocked me... No answer, no things, no refund for the amount of 200 €... draw your own conclusions. This is a scam, be careful before ordering anything from them. And if you find yourself in the same situation, write a review so that other guys don’t find themselves in the same situation

Their communication & customer service is horrible. I ordered a shirt over 8 MONTHS ago and I still haven't received it. After around 6 months of back and forth emailing with them claiming it would arrive soon, they offered me a free shirt which did eventually arrive, but I still was never sent the shirt that I paid for. I ask for updates every 3-4 weeks, and get slow, unhelpful responses. They keep claiming it will ship soon and that I'll be sent a tracking number when it does, but I've heard nothing yet. If I didn't continue to email them asking for updates I'm fairly confident they would let me forget about it, take my money, and not ship anything out. I just want what I ordered.

UPDATE: after posting about this on my instagram story, they proceeded to block me and even found my personal account and blocked that too. absolutely ridiculous behavior.

hi, be very careful about buying on era worlwide club. i've been scammed by them: they litteraly lost my package (no follow up code working) and basically added a clause on their website saying that if you bought the item on sale, you couldn't get a refund. lost 100 euros, free of charge, and their customer service isn't responding anymore lol.
