I attempted to make a purchase online over the weekend but although I had completed the reCAPTCHA, after making payment via PayPal, instead of getting an order confirmation screen, it had stripped out and errored the reCAPTCHA field. This happened twice. No order confirmed but my bank showing 2 impending purchases.
I emailed the company who were quick to respond but other than assuring me that any monies would be refunded as no order received.
I called the company yesterday morning and spoke to Kai who was apologetic, kind and helpful.
I was eventually successful in placing my order which was promptly processed and I received my goods first thing this morning.

AVOID ordering for on this company- I got a tin of cromapol via Amazon from this company the tin arrived dented and fragile tape around the lid. I tried to return it and was advised I would have to pay the postage of a 5lt tin of paint even through the tin was damaged.

Waited several days for them to tell me that they couldn’t source the material I ordered and paid for then they told me they would refund my money it’s been 4 days already and still no money in my account even though I paid instantly when ordering I don’t see why it’s taking them so long to refund my money my customer is still waiting on me to supply material and do the job but I can’t due to them still having refunded my money. Will never use this company again it’s my first and will certainly be my last nothing but headache and bull*•••

I ordered Ronseal Doorstep Paint from 'ERoofing' recently, because the price was very competitive. Delivery took 2 days. One thing I'd like to add here: the quality of the cardboard packaging was exceptionally good.

E Roofing were badly let down by their chosen courier Evri. Evri failed to deliver my item, and then wrongly claimed that they had been told to return it to the sender. They then claimed that the item was too heavy to deliver (it weighed 2.5 kilos). E Roofing were quick to act when I informed them of the situation by telephone, send out a replacement using a different courier company who delivered the item to me quickly and efficiently, 8 days after I had put in the order.
