Lovely company and lovely staff. Everyone has been so helpful. Finally a company that understands great customer service. From start to finish they have really been excellent.

Booked a service, came for the appointment then rebooked. The new booking was late morning, we told them we would be out, can do service, we will be back before finishing. They came 9.20, before we went out, went before we were back. We wanted to look inside whilst the sides were off, see what had been done. Apparently they came back in afternoon, we didn’t manage to meet up. The sides are not properly fixed on, 1 jet still doesn’t work. We needed a new lid, this was wrong size. Fortunately we didn’t pay for it as there’s been no communication regarding this, despite being told they would communicate on the day we paid, over 2 weeks ago. We used them as they are a few minutes drive from us, to keep the business local. Mistake ????. Very Disappointing!

Very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone, ordered a new pump which was fitted 2 days later at a very good price.

Our old vinyl hot tub cover had become very heavy and difficult to lift. Chris suggested a fabric cover as a lighter alternative, so I visited the showroom and was very impressed with what I saw.

The service engineers delivered and installed the cover in awful weather conditions, yet they were still friendly and professional throughout. We are extremely pleased with how smart the new cover looks, and I’m no longer struggling to lift it. Excellent service and advice from start to finish.

I visited Jacuzzi Nottingham to view my tub prior to purchase. Service here was good. Chris, the Store Manager, was knowledgeable and helpful and my decision to purchase was soon made.
Delivery was as agreed, and the installation team were efficient and professional. Above all, the Soul300 hot-tub fulfilled all our expectations! Thanks guys.

Although we were disappointed with our offer for our hottub well under valued we though we did get excellent advice and sold it to a private buyer for £800 more
