We had to change our travel plans last minute. We are so glad we purchased the option flex option that allowed us to adjust our plans up to 72 hours of departure. Charity was very professional and made us feel at ease. She took care of all the arrangements with the airline and our new plans were in place in no time. Thank you, Charity! It was a pleasure working with you. We will be choosing escapes.ca for our future trips as well.

We have booked two trips with Susan from Escapes. I found her by watching a YouTube video and reached out and have had an excellent experience with both bookings. Susan takes the time to listen and provide advice that we have found very helpful and informative.

I reached out to Susan after finding one of her videos on Youtube about the property I was thinking about. Super glad I did for a number of reasons. One - exceptional service! Two - responsiveness! Three - knowledge! She made it so simple in every way for us. From my experience with Susan, I understand the benefits of using an experienced travel agent. It can be invaluable.

Dawn truly understood what we were looking for and worked hard (even when she was away) to find something to meet our budget. She went above and beyond to connect with the airlines in an attempt to rectify a seat assignment issue and was always prompt when responding to questions. I have utilized her services. often and will continue to moving forward!

Charity went out of her way to contact westjet to get our seats changed when I was receiving an error message. Her willingness to go the extra mile is something you don’t see everyday. Even when westjet said it wasn’t an option she tried different ways to make sure we were moved.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Charity. I made a big mistake with our booking and she helped turn our situation around when we didn’t think it was possible. It was a huge relief! Thank you so much Charity! We really appreciate what you’ve done for us.

I booked a trip with Escapes.ca and somehow managed to confirm the wrong dates (oops… fully my fault). Cue mild panic. BUT—enter Sean, Ryan, and Chris, aka the dream team.

At this point, Dorina could be our family destination expert, as two others have used her for their weddings before ours. Dorina was clear and informative as to how we go about booking our destination wedding in Mexico, and always offered insight into the pros and cons of each airline/resort/wedding coordinator so we could make the best informed decision. She even found cost savings for our guests prior to everyone's final payments being due.
She really listened to what we were looking for in our resort and venue choices. She narrowed it down to a great short list, again with a great list of pros and cons, and we couldn't have been happier with our final choice. The wedding venues, the beautiful resort grounds, the wildlife, the food, and the coordinator she set us up with. She nailed it all!

Melanie was an absolute dream to work with! We were trying to plan a trip for seven people — with just a month to go before we left — and she somehow made it all feel totally effortless. She was so quick to respond, super patient as we changed our minds about resorts (a few times), and always came back with awesome options that fit our budget and schedule perfectly.

When we had some trouble with our payment, Melanie even stayed late past her work hours to make sure everything went through — seriously above and beyond! Then, while we were away and there was a possible hurricane heading our way, she checked in to make sure we were okay and offered help if we needed anything.

This was my first time booking with a travel agent, and Melanie has set the bar high. Her customer service, kindness, and dedication were next-level. I’d 100% recommend her and Escapes to anyone planning a trip, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again for my next adventure!

Our trip was 38 days from start finish We landed in London for a few days, cruised the British Isles, & visited 6 European countries. Urve at Escapes was fantastic in coordinating pick ups & drop offs, flights, trains, hotels & tours! We would certainly use Urve again when making travel arrangements. I connected with Melody who tried to find me the right package nothing fit my budget unfortunately. Melody was thorough and patient and I will be contacting her again for my next vacation. Mona handled everything so quick and gave us such a great experience. We told her what we wanted and she delivered above and beyond. She made everything extremely easy. The resort was amazing and the transportation was amazing as well. We will be booking all our future vacations through her!

This was our first time using Escapes and our agent Debbie H was wonderful. She was quick, efficient, and very responsive, answering emails in the evenings and on weekends. She assisted with a rental car problem, helping us navigate communication with the supplier. Her recommendations for our UK travel were terrific. We had an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience. We highly recommend both the company and Debbie.

We have been booking through Stacey at Escapes for all our trips for over 6 years now and have had nothing but amazing experiences! She is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and so much fun to work with. We were lucky to stumble upon her when we were planning our destination wedding and since then have always thought of her when travel ideas come up!
