The easiest holiday I've ever booked! Katie was really easy to talk to, she took our ideas and came up with a holiday beyond our expectations and within our budget. She looked after us so well throughout, everything was seamless and I can't wait to book our next trip with her

Last year I booked our family’s dream holiday to Disney and Universal in Florida through Lucy @Escapology Travel, for this summer (2026) and it delivered on every front. This was a surprise for the family, so I worked with Lucy to come up with something that worked for a family of five that was within our budget. Lucy took care of everything, presenting me with lots of options to consider. She even put together the card that my family opened on Christmas day telling them they were going. We had a set back when my mother in law badly injured her knee prior to going, and we discussed whether she would cope with all the walking and Lucy contacted a mobility scooter hire company and that was all delivered ready for our arrival and solved that problem. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed, and was in close proximity to the Universal parks. Lucy even arranged a delivery of treats to our accommodation whilst we were there. We had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend booking through Escapology Travel.

We gave Lucy a fairly simple brief for a family holiday, and she absolutely nailed it. She asked all the right questions, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and came back with several thoughtfully considered options. Every proposal was clearly put together with us in mind, rather than just being a list of holidays.

We eventually went with Lucy’s recommendation of Avra Beach in Ialysos, Rhodes — and honestly, it more than delivered. It was a real dream family holiday and exactly the kind of experience we had hoped for.

What really stood out, though, was the level of care Lucy provided before, during and after the trip. We experienced delays on our outbound flight from Bristol and, unfortunately, again on our return flight from Rhodes. On both occasions, Lucy had already contacted us with all the relevant information, updates and reassurance. Knowing someone was keeping an eye on things and was there if we needed anything made such a difference.

Lucy took what could have been a fairly stressful process and made it feel incredibly easy. From the initial conversation, through choosing the right holiday, to making sure we were looked after when things didn’t quite go to plan, she was fantastic.

A genuine 11/10 from us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve just returned from our incredible holiday in Orlando and Katie was absolutely fantastic throughout. She helped with everything, explained everything and gave us brilliant advice. She even guided us to fantastic attractions and restaurants.

I’ve just booked my second holiday with Katie and once again she took away all the stress of searches and logistics and secured us what looks set to be an amazing holiday in Sardinia. Katie really listens to you, and takes time to understand what a holiday means to you. Last year, she arranged an absolutely wonderful holiday for my family to Croatia which ticked all the boxes for each individual on the trip. I’ll never use anyone else but Katie for all my future holiday planning - she’s the absolute best!

Katie organised a five night stay in Kos for my two daughters, my mum and myself. As we were limited to five nights, Katie explored various options for us which enabled us to make the most of our time in Kos. On top of this, my mum was recovering from an operation and Katie ensured we had special assistance at Manchester Airport and for our return journey from Kos.

We had never experienced a private airport transfer before at our destination. This was a game changer. No time wasted dropping other holiday makers at their accommodation and we were able to sneak in extra time on the beach before being picked up to return home.

Katie is exceptional. Her attention to detail, her determination to find the best holiday for us, always there if I had any questions and making the whole experience of booking a holiday effortless and stress free. I couldn’t recommend Katie more highly. Katie has already booked our next Summer holiday for 2026, I wouldn’t look anywhere else!

Katie was a godsend when it came to planning our family trip to New York. We gave her an idea of what we wanted to do with the budget we had and she came up trumps. From beginning to end Katie took the hassle out of trying to plan a trip to suit everyone, and with kids ages ranging from 7 to 21 that was no mean feat!

Nothing is too much trouble, everything organised and holidays run like clockwork. We like holidays that offer variety, activity and discovery. Over the last few years Katie has organised trips to South Africa, Australia, Costa Rica, Egypt and Morocco. We have been on trains, safaris, river cruises and land trips, all beautifully orchestrated and stress free just letting us enjoy the experience.

From the initial planning of the trip, to booking, checking in with us whilst we were there and then catching up with us after shows how conscientious and supportive Katie is. The process was so easy and stressless. Katie is so approachable and friendly and so knowledgeable about holidays and how to get the most amazing experiences for the best price - I wouldn't hesitate to use her again when looking at booking any future holidays!

I have used Katie twice now, once for a Barcelona trip and another for Madeira. Both times she was excellent, super friendly and easy to deal with. Both trips in budget and accommodation quality that exceeded my expectations. She did clearly did loads of leg work on getting us the right locations and cost.
