Wasn't sure if it will be legit, but after communication through WhatsApp and cash-to-deliver option, I tried to order and its legit! Bought JBL Xtreme 4 and it came packed, everything in the box untouched and SN from speaker with app is identical. And the delivery? Got it next day morning, clearly amazing. Hope this will help someone!

My first experience with Estir 10/10
I placed an order for a bluetooth speaker to India. I was contacted by the custome support team and they got personal confirmation frome that I am aware of the customs duty and the delivery charges. I was briefed on which courier carrier would be used as well. Product was shipped on the same day through DHL. I faced a slight issue with customs after it arrived in India and In reached out to the team for clarity on one document and they were prompt to respond and supported as best as they could. (Note - Issue was not due to Eshtir, it was a misinterpretation from customs end.) I am extremely satisfied with the product, the promptness of shipping and customer service and would definitely be shopping through Eshtir again.

price very attractive and received device was the genuine but i paid almost 20% as customs and tax fees then the device final price was the same as market price without any savings
overall it was an experience but will not do it again
