CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months later and no refund date defined
Flight AR1290 (May 9, 2024, at 10:20) was canceled, and we had to reorganize our return to Europe through other means (reservations canceled the same day: 5790058598 and 2802991137).

After 6 months of requesting the refund, we still have not received anything.

They will tell you they are requesting your refund from the airline, that they are waiting for responses, and other excuses. Unfortunately, the truth is that their customer service is terrible. They respond just to waste your time, fail to proactively follow up on your issue, and leave you hanging until you give up (this is being written 6 months later).

I regret to say that the only solution we have is to NEVER PURCHASE through this website again in the future.

UPDATE (20/11/2024): The airline's customer service says they have already issued the refund to the agency. Additionally, I have friends who bought their tickets directly from the airline, and they have already received their money. Let’s see what excuse Esky comes up with now... :/

Nach einer Umbuchung mit einem Direktflug von Bangkok nach Zürich wegen Covid, welche mit mehr wie 15 Mails doch noch herbeigeführt werden konnte, ist es leider eine traurige Tatsache, dass Versprechungen, die bezahlt wurden (OnlineCheckin) aber nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, obwohl dies per Mail bestätigt wurden. Ein Unternehmen, welches Kunden nicht ernst nimmt, mitunter mit langwierigen, zeitraubenden und schlechtem Service konfrontiert. Es ist wohl möglich, dass es andere Kunden gibt, die weniger oder überhaupt keine Problehme mit dieser Gesellschaft haben, aber die kann man wohl an einer Hand ablesen. Ich werde dieses Unternehmen von meinem Rechner nehmen und nie wieder eine Buchung über eSky empfehlen oder abwickeln. Gäbe es weniger wie einen Stern zur Bewertung, dann würde ich diese Variante mit gutem Gewissen wählen.

Very disappointed in Esky. Check-in process was impossible due to a fault on their website which resulted in us having to pay extra fees (€120) at the airport and we could not get into contact with the customer service whatsoever. So we never saw a restitution.

The website also said that these fees would be €30-50 max, which turned out to be €60. Quite a lot of money for a problem Esky's website caused. Ryanair employees at the airport then told us this was classic Esky and they had to deal with this daily.

ovviamente la procedura esky non ti comunica nulla, men che meno la natura ed il motivo del problema e la loro organizzazione non ti consente di contattare nessuno.
Provo a chiedere aiuto ad easyJet che mi informa che la procedura di esky ha corrotto dei dati e non mi e' stato assegnato il posto a sedere durante il checkin.
Morale , per sbloccare il problema mi tocca obbligatoriamente prenotare un posto al costo di 6.49 euro.
Non una grande cifra, ma comunque temo il segno di una organizzazione ancora troppo approssimativa.

Doponaver prenotato non ho ricevuto conferma dell'avenuta prenotazione e dettagli dei biglietti. Ho cercato di contattare eSky, ma non c'è alcun servizio di customer care che permetta di chattare o parlare con qualche operatore. Ho compilato un modulo seguendo le I dilazioni e descrivendo il problema... nessun feedback. Hondovuto chiamare direttamente la compagnia aerea che molto gentilmente mi ha inviato la conferma con indettaglindell'itinerario di viaggio.

I am very impressed with the transparency of the website and the quality of customer service.

I have been trying to change my flight booking with eSky Travel for several days now. I am very frustrated as I keep getting the same automated response, even when I am supposedly getting a response from a person.

I have been trying to change my ticket for almost 2 weeks now, and we are getting close to my flight date. I am frustrated and don't know what to do. Please avoid this company at all costs and book directly with the airline.
