eSpace Recruitment Reviews

Working with Dax was a fantastic experience. From our first conversation, she was supportive, attentive, and completely transparent.

I have a tendency to over-talk when nervous, but Dax was incredibly friendly and honest, helping me keep my answers focused. She also prepped me brilliantly for a presentation I had to deliver. Thanks to her guidance, I went into my interview feeling confident and prepared.

I highly recommend Dax to anyone looking for a recruiter who genuinely champions their candidates

I had a really positive experience speaking with Dax. Even though it was only an initial recruiter call, she was very kind, professional and honest throughout the conversation.

What I appreciated most was that she did not just ask questions about my experience, but also gave me useful advice on how I can present myself better in future interviews. She explained that when you are in a role, you do many things day to day, but it can be difficult to explain them clearly to others unless you prepare notes and examples in advance. That advice was genuinely helpful.

Dax also gave me a better understanding of what the company is looking for and how I could improve my preparation if I reached the interview stage. Overall, she made the conversation feel supportive and constructive, and I really appreciated her time and guidance. I would definitely recommend speaking with Dax.

Dax has been nothing short of fantastic. She has helped me facilitate my new career through her guidance and knowledge. An absolute star and a credit to eSpace Recruitment. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to improve their career prospects.

Dax helped me through the whole process, was so professional and helpful, I can not recommend help enough!!! Helped me get an amazing job. THANK you !!!

Fantastic personable experience dealing with Dax and the team.

Working with dax has been a treat the last couple of months - she has been a star. Really understanding and knowledgeable with the tips that were given for the interview, it really paid off. Would 100% recommend if you are looking to get out of your current job

throughout my interactions with Dax it was a very friendly yet professional conversation. Also, very supportive.

I must start of by saying I have been through countless amounts of recruiters throughout my years however Dax and the E-Space recruitment team have been absolutely amazing. I’ve never felt so welcomed and supported while dealing with a recruiter I was treated with care and more than just a name and number. I’ve finally achieved my the perfect job for me at a highly reputable establishment and I owe it all to you guys. Thank you soo much!!

A lady called me to talk about a job opportunity. I told her I wasn’t looking right now, to which she sighed and said bye.

She then followed up with a stroppy text message saying that if I wasn’t looking, I should remove my CV from Reed.

Well not that it’s any of your business, but just because I’m not looking right now doesn’t mean I won’t be looking again next week.

So I replied to ask her not to contact me again. To which she replied, saying that she wouldn’t. Now I don’t know what part of my original instruction wasn’t clear, but she obviously didn’t understand.

It was a very unprofessional encounter on the whole.

Even if I was looking right now - I’m glad I dodged a bullet with this company.

Dax is a superstar to say the least. Such a tailored experience and helped me get the job I’d applied for. Really kind, helpful and passionate about bringing out the best in people. Dax has a desire to help people get to where they want to be and not just tick the boxes. Couldn’t recommend enough

I worked with a lovely employee named Dax; she assisted all throughout the process, which has made my transition to my new job a lot smoother, especially with the re-locating.

I would recommend using this company for any person who is looking for a change in role/workplace.

Never met a recruiter like Dax. Above and beyond is an understatement. Thank you for all your help and continued professionalism! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Dax for anyone who is recruiting in the insurance industry.

She is a great communicator and takes time to understand your business and the key elements of the roles you are recruiting for, and works tirelessly to find appropriate candidates to put forward for an interview.

10/10 experience with eSpace Recruitment. I dealt with Dax to help me find a job in Insurance and she did. She helped me and guided me on how to update my CV and gave me interview tips to help me come across more professional. Dax always had constant communication with me and is quick to answer any questions I may have.
