Zero communication regarding my order, which led to my order being delivered at a time i was unavailable at, and no option to change the delivery option to a convenient time for me. Terrible experience and a total scam.

Good quality, excellent prices, terrifying lack of communication but they delivered the two pieces I ordered exactly as I expected them. Would buy again and know next time not to stress when they don't send confirmation information or a follow-up email.

Bought the Ring of Barahir and received it yesterday afternoon. Wore it for about 18 hours and the skin under my finger is turning green! I'm not so sure this is real sterling silver. It's a pretty ring, but that is a bit of a letdown that the materials are so cheap

I haven't received a tracking number, a reply to 4 emails of where my order is. I paid for it. The phone number associated with this company doesn't work.
It has been a week from my order and gaging on some other reviews that I found after the fact of my order, it doesn’t look like it will change.
Absolutely absurd, unprofessional and this company should be reported.

Customer service is lacking. There was a big delay in communications about my order, but it did arrive.

Beautiful quality pieces! Also delivered in a beautiful little treasure box. Very nice. Will definitely purchase from Espada Silver again. Shipping took a little long.

I purchased a Saint George ring two weeks ago. It was delivered and looks amazing.
You may not receive any confirmation other than when you purchase the product. You'll get a receipt as proof of purchase.

I haven't received my order yet, nor can I use my order number to track updates. I have reached out to your team twice asking about the status of my order and have heard nothing back. I was intending to use the ring for my wedding in April and would like to know if it will arrive in time, otherwise I need to make other arrangements. Thanks!

it has been nearly two weeks since placing my order and the day of i contacted the seller asking to change address because it was wrong, i did input this correctly. it is past the time it was expected and needed and i cannot seem to cancel this order that is still processing.

Ordered the Witcher necklace about a month ago, still have not received it, haven't received any update on it via email, radio silence, 100$ down the drain

The leaf and petal sections have a bit of a point on them. Everything else is perfect and looks exactly like the ring from the movie

Amazing work in craft and detail

Ordered a bit before Christmas with a specific word engraved and they spelled it wrong. So the word is completely incorrect and doesn’t mean anything now. My receipt for engraving says: oialëa
What they engraved: olalëa

The ring itself is nice, shipping was incredibly fast once the carrier had the package, but the meaning behind it is a little pointless with the messed up engraving.

I really enjoy my ring, will definitely buy something again here. Came in way faster than expected, perfectly sealed and a nice wooden case. Love it!
