Looks like they actually care
Everything I ordered arrived in good time (but I would expect nothing less). However, they also padded the box to make sure the content is not damaged in transport, and threw in a couple of complimentary coffee snacks. That made the difference :)

ordering from abroad
I’m always a bit cautious when ordering from abroad, but this was worry-free and easy. The Bialetti milk frother and coffee press are perfect, and were very well packaged. Not as as expensive as many UK suppliers as well.

Great range of coffees, really helpfully searchable by attributes such as low acidity, suitable for stovetop moka, etc. I came looking for an old favourite and found it and so much more! Delivery was swift.

Manaresi, the best Italian bean to coffee
Just to find the wonderful Manaresi coffee was great, the delivery was quick and I’ll certainly use the company again.
My only quibble was the delivery charge but then it did come from Europe.
