I fell for the free trial
I fell for the free trial, just pay postage scam the same as many other people on this site. Also found they had taken 2 payments of over $125.00 from my bank. I contacted customer service and got nowhere. An acknowledgement of my email, nothing else. Ended up cancelling my credit card and my bank issuing me a new one. I still have not had any money back.

Haven’t really seen any results
Haven’t really seen any results. Also not happy that all of the sudden, l got charged not once but twice for your product and what seemed like before the the 30day trial….l got charged $114 then 59… what is that about? And without clear warning on pricing. I expect to get a refund and/ or cancel the subscription

I fell for this free trial use for 14…
I fell for this free trial use for 14 days well I did not even receive this product until after 14 days and it was by chance I got it they did not even have an address on the box just my name and city I just happened to go into the post office to mail a parcel and they asked me if this was mine by the time I got the free trial they had already debited my bank account for over 160.00 cdn dollars I tried to contact them and they said I did not exist that my credit card was actually under a complete strangers name they said they could not cancel someone elses order then my bank sends me a fraud alert saying that less than 2 weeks later this company has tried to take out 159. usd they asked if I authorized this I said absolutely not so they declined the payment then I tried to contact them again and once again I was charged 101. usd with in 2 weeks no more products were ever sent still no response to address the theft on my card from one of their customers now my card has had to be changed and I have had to contact all my bill payments etc., really bad customer service bank is doing investigation on them with my card being used by one of their customers be very careful

Tricky Advertising "Free Trial" Just Pay Shipping....It's Not That Simple
The products caught my attention when advertised for free, just pay the shipping. I ordered 3 products. I was surprised to receive full sized products for "free." I was expecting to receive a small trial size.
I should have known there was something more to the "free" part when it stated "autoship" needed to be cancelled 14 days from ordering if I didn't wish to receive these products every month.
I tried to cancel auto ship and was told I would need to pay for the 3 "free" products at the full price in USD (I'm a Canadian) if I wanted to cancel auto ship or return the items and that would cost me more shipping. Out of frustration, I agreed to pay a discounted rate on the 3 products that were suppose to be "free" just pay the shipping. These products have cost me over $60 CDN. Far from "free" just pay the shipping!

I love Argan oil products . I have been with this company for quite a while. I did have the monthly orders for quite a while, but because I had a build up of the products I was able to slow up the orders & so I just ordered when I need them. I have found the company have been very ethical

I have never written a review, and I guess I still haven’t. Please make sure you read the fine print in this one. I saw “just pay the shipping” and truly thought that that was all there was to it. I guess the saying is true, that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I haven’t used the product yet, as stated earlier, because I wanted to finish up the product I am using currently first. Seems sensible. I’m checking my emails, and find an invoice for 99.99! And they didn’t even send out new product!!! That was for the initial “just pay the shipping” container!! WTH?!? I was impressed by the before and after photos and had planned on giving this product a fair shake since they were so remarkable, but the way I was tricked into paying $100 for something a) I thought was essentially free, b) had less than 30 days to see if it even worked (besides the fact that I didn’t even open it yet, and sending it back for a refund was not an option either as I found out when I called. The only option is to suck it up buttercup and crack open the jar of $100+ once I’m done my Strivectin. I’m just here to warn you, if you do your research and actually find this post, you probably read the fine print I apparently missed anyway, but if I can save one person from this expensive lesson, it’ll have to be worth it, EoA knows, I won’t be getting anything else from them for my…OMGoodness, I just looked up the charge on my CC, and even though they gave a Canadian address, Canadian phone number etc, they charged me in US FUNDS, so the charge was (I’m assuming taxes here): $112. with the exchange I was charged 158.71. For something I haven’t even opened yet!!! And thought I was getting for $7.99 shipping in CANADA. I took a picture of the page as a reminder to myself to find the fine print I still haven’t found since it was a YouTube ad I do believe. Anyway, I hope I help someone out there. God Bless You!

Never been this excited to post a review but because I really love the effect of Essence of Argan here I am My skin was so dry before and I have tried a lot of serum but nothing really works I am so glad to have stumbled on their facebok ad because I have now the most beautiful and soft skin ever.
