Misleading AD so READ TERMS!!!!
Their attack to complaints is “Did you read the terms?” So READ!!!! Before you order!!! They Do Not refund!
But who is reading when you say FREE just pay shipping!!!!
When you say FREE trial its should be a longer period. Not only for 14 days. They start the day 1 once order placed. And please do not say just pay shipping for FREE trial then charge the customer with a full price!
Their misleading ad is very active on fb, I once commented on their ad, they blocked me. What a shady company!

As I regularly using it morning and evening the 30ML will last me over a month so I decided to subscribed every month and they provided me a discount of $29.99 and the company given me a free gift every shipment. Best recommended Argan Oil!

I didn't want that purchase, I ordered only one time but got three time the goods I don't need. The price in the internet and on the delivery sheet was 20 Dollar but you took almost 200 from my account - and 3 times instead of only!!! This is serious fraud and very much unfair! Taking Advantage of Vulnerable People
This organisation is taking advantage of vulnerable people. My mum has been diagnosed with vascular dementia. Unknown to me, my mum has been paying for and receiving items from this company and said she'd tried to stop them but they didn't listen. I sent an email requesting cancellation of the subscription back in April and they still continue. I've now emailed them and if this is not resolved immediately I'll be going to Trading Standards and reporting to them Action Fraud for them to investigate. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!!!!!!!!!

Complete Hoax and scam
I was charged 2x for the free trial, then charged 3x for a monthly subscription - I blocked my credit card and commenced fraud investigations - all charges were refunded to me (close to $800) so I thought that was the end - I got a new credit card and have just found out I have been charged another 3 subscription fees $175 each) over $500 just in May alone - I don't know how they got my new credit card no or how they can keep charging me for something I haven't received - I only ever received the initial tester which is horrible and smells like stale olive oil - absolutely appalled I can't afford to keep paying these scammers and to keep having my credit card blocked and reissued …. They keep deleting my posts on FB which indicates they are dodgy but I’ll keep putting up reviews and comments when I can until I get my money back and they stop charging me every month..
