I got the derma roller 1mm plus .5mm cartridge. The product itself is 5/5. The roller is good quality and stirdy. The needles seem to be of good quality too. I boil water up to 100 degrees C and pour it over the needles to sterilise and the plastic doesn't melt. Delivery is 5/5, got the product quickly. Email communication is 5/5. I had a few questions before purchasing and the person answered them all fine.

I have been using the 1mm every 4 weeks, .5mm every week except for the 4th week. I have been using derma roller for about 2.5 months now (11 times). As far as results, its hard to tell. I think I have grown more hair. I'm not sure if I'm seeing more hair, or if its that I didn't take notice of the hairs that I already had prior to using the derma roller. I take pictures every week, and the pictures don't really show an improvement. But its hard to tell with pictures too because of different angles and lighting, so really hard to compare. I will continue for a year and see how it goes. But I did notice after the first time I needled that my scalp was more smoother and not so bumpy which I thought was interesting. And I did think that I grew more hair after the first session, but once again, not sure.

The needling itself is not painful (in my opinion). Its just prickly but you get use to it. I didn't put any pressure on my first session. Now I put more pressure and don't mind the feeling. After the needling, some parts of my scalp goes a bit red, but it has never bled. My .5mm is starting to get blunt I think on the 8th session. I was told that I will need to replace every 8-12 uses.

Overall, the product is top quality. Hair growth results... hard to tell, but I'm quite positive that there is hair growing and that I will see it in the pictures with time.

Amazing experience after two treatments.
Personally my skin looks plump and soft. I would recommend for first timers to equip yourself with numbing cream and use a moisturizer and/or hyaluronic acid for optimum hydration. Received lots of compliments so far on my skin.

After only two uses my face looks younger, the dark circles under my eyes have dramatically improved and my serums are absorbing better.

I have only used my 2.0mm roller once on my stretch marks so will need to wait some time to see results, but it is easy to use and painless. I look forward to seeing how my skin responds over the coming months. I am glad that replacement heads are available and will probably purchase a smaller needle size to try on my face.
