I started with the 0.5mm roller for face and noticed my skin products working better to have plumper skin next few days. I now use 1.0mm on face, neck, hands and décolletage, which after about 4 days, my skin is noticeably smoother. Over past 6 months my pigmentation has also reduced where I roller ( usually every 4-6 weeks). I have just bought 1.5mm, to try and target stretch marks. I’m impressed with results.

I ordered the Derma Roller Kit and am extremely happy with the results. I have only been using the roller for 5 weeks (I use it once a week) in combination with the Hyaluronic Acid Serum, which is excellent for retaining moisture in the skin and have noticed a considerable difference with the appearance my skin, it's plumper and a lot smoother, I am just about to turn 60 and needed to give my tired skin a little 'pep' and this is a perfect combination! I love it so much that I put in a second order as I want to keep this up!

I am a dermal therapist and purchased this after good reviews.l from non therapists. This is a terrible roller!!!! It does not even puncture the skin. Do the people reviewing it know it is meant to puncture the skin with light pressure. Do not purchase!!
