Never again! After more than three weeks, I still haven't received my package, and the seller only responded to messages after I involved PayPal. Please don't buy from them!!

AVOID AVOID they will encourage you to exchange if you don’t like your first purchase then when you send the exchange back for a refund they will ignore you for about a week then once they receive your return they will tell you they won’t refund exchanges. So they currently have the sunglasses back and my £50 and are now ignoring me THIEFS I’m now having to go through the hassle of my bank to try get my money back disgusting behaviour don’t know how there allowed to be a business. Oh and just to add there plastic rubbish and the worst quality glasses I’ve ever tried.

I saw these guys on instagram, and I couldn’t help see what they have to offer - I was not disappointed! They have such a great range of glasses! I currently own 4 pairs of Essntl Frames now and they all give me main character vibes! Even my friends were saying how stylish & chic I look with these on. The products always seem to be on trend so this is now my new go to brand for sunglasses! Definitely recommend them!!

They are a scam company. I’ve never received my product and it’s been over a month. Tried to reach out again and they haven’t responded.

Really happy with my frames. The design is simple, clean, and stylish they go with everything. The frames are lightweight but sturdy, and comfortable enough to wear all day. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was neat and minimal. Overall, you can tell thought went into both the product and the experience. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I had the worst experience ever with this brand!!!!! Think twice. If you have a problem with your order, nobody will reply to you. I had to chase them for weeks and when I opened a dispute with Klarna (fortunately I paid through this app), they started answering. I wanted to return my order as the quality is very poor and they asked me to pay my return first class with signature, it cost me £8 + the initial shipping of £4. I lost £12 in total and a lot of time and energy.

Items arrived on time and with a free got, got my prescription done and it was delivered in 2 weeks. Super fast and good pricing, smooth customer service. 100% recommend.

Terrible company, order never arrived and customer service never helped

I’ve ordered some sunglasses and i want to return them. I’ve emailed them several times. Sent messages on Facebook and Instagram but they are just ignoring me. I have 14 days to send them back but I’m going on holiday in a few days. After reading over reviews I would definitely avoid buying from these guys!!! Going to contact my back to get my money back now.
