This is the second time I have used the Co-op service to make a Will and including setting up a Trust and the process was excellent identifying any difficult issues and always identifying the best solution. The service really is very good value for money.

This service was referred to me via my Barclays account. The consultant sort to maximise the future value of my estate, despite comments I made regarding this aspect, and went to overstate the value in order to sell me additional products I do not need. verging on a scam, do not use.

Excellent service and our adviser was extremely helpful and covered everything we were looking for. Would thoroughly recommend.

Meeting held during which the advice was clear. Was asked to purchase product during meeting but not given any breakdown of cost. Felt a bit pressured. Decided to pay. After the meeting I did not receive anything from the Co-op. I expected, at least, a receipt of payment. I have tried to chase by email but these have been ignored. I am beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate operation.
