I wanted to express my gratitude to Este Miel team through the entire process. A very good experience from the planning phase (Dogan & Sinan), to the welcome and pick phase at the airport (Hasan), the customer experience and translation always ensuring the well-being of client (Lina), Doctor Ahmet who took care of my transplant intervention and the rest of the team involved to make it the best experience. After having discussed with the Doctor Ahmet and agree on the transplant zone I went to the intervention room.
The donor graft extraction took 2h during the morning. After a lunch break of about 25 min, the process of the air implantation started early afternoon for a duration of 4h. No pain during the process since the team is always making sure of patient comfort and with local anesthesia. We had initially planned between 3'000 and 3'500 grafts and to my positive surprise the Doctor managed to perform a 4'250 grafts. Lina explained in details how to take medicine post intervention as well as how to use she special shampoo and vitamins. All is explained including the care after the first wash 2 days after the intervention. The hotel room was very comfortable. The team is always checking how the hair transplant is evolving through WhatsApp through the means of exchanging the photos.
It is a great team that can be trusted, serious, with a lot of experience and always making sure the client/patient is doing well throughout the journey. A big thank you once again for such great experience without pain and looking forward to see the results over time.

I highly recommend this company. I live in New York and decided last minute (literally two weeks prior to my procedure) to go through with my transplant, and I could not have been happier with the outcome. All I did was book my plane tickets and everything else was handled for me by the company. All inclusive, transportation, hotel, etc. The gentlemen I dealt with (Sinan) was extremely helpful and responsive. The medical team at the hospital were extremely friendly, and very seasoned individuals. My procedure took between 5-6 hours and they really did an excellent job. One critical thing to remember is to make sure you follow their instructions to a tee, do’s and don’ts pre and post-op.

Great experience. Sinan was very helpful. Great service received during treatment as well. After care is also good as Este are in contact regularly since returning home.

Starting with the first contact via WhatsApp with Canan while still in my country, upon arrival at Istanbul airport by driver Hassan, everyone was very professional; attentive with the best hygienic conditions in the clinic and protection of the patient and the transplanted area, in short, it was all a 5-star service that I highly recommend.

At first I was reluctant to do this procedure in a country outside the European community, but mainly outside my country, but both because of the best reference from a friend of mine who had already carried out a hair transplant at Estimiel as well as my initial contact via WhatsApp with from Canan, left me confident that I was handed over to a professional team, which was later confirmed. Since leaving Portugal and arriving in Istanbul, I have always been well accompanied and guided by the very friendly and professional Canan, who always responded immediately to all questions and necessary pre-operative and post-operative guidance. On the day of arrival, my wife and I were friendly received by Hassan who was waiting for us at the airport and guided us to the hotel which was next to the hospital/clinic. We took a few days to explore Istanbul until, on the day of the transplant, we were transported once again by the kind Hassan and accompanied by Canan to the clinic where we were received by the team of nurses and doctors to evaluate the hair area; design of the area to be transplanted as well as screening for possible allergies and blood analysis.
After this procedure, anaesthesia began in the donor area and the area to be transplanted, this must perhaps be the moment of greatest discomfort, as would be normal, feeling the needle injecting the anaesthesia. As soon as the anaesthesia starts to take effect, which is very quick, two nurses start to remove the hair follicles from the donor area, this procedure took around 4 hours, as I have a weak donor area, but the normal would be 1 to two hours where they managed extract approximately 2800 hair follicles. Finishing this hair follicle extraction, they took a break for lunch, where they were extremely kind in providing a complete vegan meal (since I am vegan), in a country like Turkey where meat and fish is a large part of the usual diet, they were very attentive and kind in providing me with a vegan meal as I requested. After the lunch break, they began to implant the hair phonicles extracted from the morning part in the part with missing hair. This procedure was carried out by the doctor for around 2 hours, finishing the procedure at 3:00 pm. Throughout the day and the procedure I was accompanied by Canan, who kindly informed my wife of my condition so that she could feel more at ease (as companions for hygienic reasons are not allowed). They applied a dressing to the area where the phonicles were removed; they gave medication for the pain and a special pillow to sleep on to protect the head and once again I was accompanied by Canan and the driver Hassan dropped us off at the hotel.
The following day in the afternoon driver Hassan accompanied by Canan picked us up at the Hotel to take us to the clinic to remove the dressing; analysis of the transplant and first post-operative head wash where they gave us very detailed instructions on how to treat the hair and others to maximize and enhance hair growth in the affected area. After confirming that the procedure went as expected and the first wash, the driver Hassan and the kind Canan accompanied us once again to the hotel where we said goodbye to Canan to be transported once again by Hassan to the airport the next day without delays or hassles. in a vehicle with all comforts such as water; cookies; complementary chocolates and internet.
In short, it was an experience that exceeded my best expectations by far. Debut professional team; Friendly and attentive to your well-being, I can only strongly recommend being followed by Canan and treated by the wonderful Estemiel team.

A thank you to everyone, without exception, who still closely follows me with requests for photos even today that made me feel special and well delivered. A special thank you, if I may say so, to those who, from the first contact until today, have shown themselves to be a great professional and kind Canan, who I will certainly turn to in the future if I need to, as well as recommending her to all my family and friends.

From the consultation to the transport and from the operation to the aftercare, I had a wonderful experience. I was well cared for and informed. Great and friendly staff. Special thanks to my contact person Sinan who assisted me and informed me at every moment.

Got 3300 Grafts done here, Omost 8 months in, and i'm now left with the Scalp affect, major Bald spots, and low Density and major Nerve damage to the head, Multi hair grafts at the very front of the hair line what is very incorrect Pros know to use singles in two rows then use Multi on the third rows and behind to create that proper Density natural look, They also went way above my donor areas what i mean by that is if you look up donor area for a hair transplant they are meant to stay within certain area's put it this way my donor area at the back they omost touched my crown that's how far they went up, Stay clear, i now have to get a repair but doing so in my own county done correctly. (The ones extracting my hair were on their mobiles joking around with each other and what not) < Pretty sure they used me as a training doll. I got a FUE if anyone is wondering.

They also said my scalp affect is because my skin is "White" no that is very incorrect nothing to do with my skin, Scalp affect is pretty much bad angles meaning you can see all every bit of your scalp from the start to end, so in short i've been butchered and lost hair i'll never be able to get back, so think before getting this done here.

You will get no refund.
You will be left with bald patches a destroyed donor area.
Damaged Grafts.
Infected Hair follicles.
You will not get the correct grafts needed, as they either damaged them or take more so it seems as if you got the amount you needed, they will then offer you a second hair transplant that you need to pay for, its just Con men with smiles.

You will also find the other reviews are fake as it comes lol.
