Lori is the best! Very helpful and on top of everything. I don’t think I have ever called her and not received an immediate answer or a call back right away.

I have been using etakeoff for over 10 years , bought it along with Sage estimating . I have tried several takeoff and estimating software including the latest ai generation and have to say that no one has a better solution than etakeoff.
The only problem I had recently was as with a set of plans over 200 pages that has a lot of information making the software hard to switch between pages as well as difficulty with togal ai addon however I contacted support and they contacted me the same day and tried helping me with software issues.

Was having some issues but Richard did great and got me up and running very quickly!

We invested in etakeoff because we already use sage for our estimating. The bridging process sounds amazing till we figured out it was not transferring the amounts correctly. Tim the only representative in our region to help us, was zero help. He couldn’t figure out why it was not working correctly. Spent almost a year not being able to even use this software. Can’t even get a response back for help or to get a refund. All these good reviews and it sounds like we just got a terrible representative to help us. Wish things could have went differently, probably would have made my job easier.

Rich is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. He has handled all issues with expertise.

It works better than other programs I have tried, just that functions vary dependent on the drawing I am using.

Lori was a great help getting our new license setup for a new user. Fast and efficient.

Been using Etakeoff for 12 years and won't use another takeoff app after trying many others... it's the best

After a months long search for estimating software for our small hardwood flooring company, we went with eTakeoff and I'm so glad we did! We have been using eTakeoff for 2 years now, and though we only use a fraction of it's full capabilites (really just area-style traces, nothing for pricing or bidding) it saves us so much time and therefore money from our previous method of sending blueprints to a printer for scaled drawings and hand-done measurements. Well worth the price even though we only use a small portion of features.

Straight forward and helpful. Just what I needed.

Easy to use and train new employees. I now have 4 licenses and never had to even ask a question since they have videos for almost everything.

The software is very easy and straight forward. It also work with my estimating software. I have been using it for more then 10 years. It I have a problem and call they get back to me right away. Funny thing I think I only had to call them about 5 time since I brought the software.

We have been using E Takeoff for over 4 years and Love it! The ease of use is exceptional!

I'm still not connected and can't access my Software
I didn't get an ID for access the software and when I try to get my username and password it doesn't work
I'm not happy about that and calling customer service now

I've been using etakeoff for approximately 8 to 10 years...it is a great takeoff program, and the support team are great. They are very responsive with excellent turn around times. The program is easy to use. I would highly recommend this program and thier team.
