Excelente curso
Excelente curso, el profesor Daniel Ferrer tiene un metodo de enseñanza muy bueno, además que es muy paciente mientras aprendemos esta lengua clásica. El curso me ha ayudado a conectar el aspecto linguístico del texto bíblico, al mismo tiempo entender el entorno cultural e histórico de como aportó el Griego Koine a las sagradas escrituras y como impactó en el tiempo, la literatura, las personas y las dinámicas humanas. Es muy interesante.

There is so much one can say, such as in Unit 5 of Greek C 48, Review of Participles was Excellently done by A Great Academic: The Esteemed Professor talked about ‘The Declension Tables’, and the need to learn these by heart, beginning with Definite Articles, both singular and plural definite articles, to singular 1st and 2nd declension adjectives, to second nouns and prepositional phrases, etc - what is Great is that the distance between Ancient Greek and Greek Today, removed by having a Greek Native Pronounce and Read Teach Greek, that if one pays great attention, one may be undistinguished from a Greek Native in Reading Greek-Professor Emeritus Scholar Dr. Eirini Artemi Post-Doc, PhD, MA - Thank you.

I love the class
I am learning a lot. It is a big plus having a Greek teacher, learning the correct accent. Dr. Eirini not only teaches us the required lessons, she teaches us history as well. It is a joy to have her a a teacher.

I like the course
I like the course. Etti is a good teacher. She does not move forward unless material is clear for all students. I also participate in study group with Nira. She is very good and everyone likes her explanations and study materials she provides.

Initially I was finding it difficult to go about things on a logistical manner, but I have received a very important phonecall from a member of the staff to see how I was doing and he opened a way forward as to how I can access more online lectures etc. Unfortunately my stumbling block is not the logistics only but extra time on my hand due to my work and family committments, but I really appreciate the personal staff to student to see how students are doing and to facilitate their learning progress.

Two thumbs up, and one suggestion
I’m very satisfied with my Ulpan experience. I do have a suggestion, though. Perhaps you could create a space on the website where teachers can list (1) homework for each lesson and (2) the topics to be covered in the next lesson. All of the teachers do this verbally, but some students might find it helpful to see it in writing … in their calendar, perhaps, or some other designated space on their student portal. I’m not sure how many students would need this, but I have noticed that some are more “lost” than others! Perhaps this would help them.
