I started working with them a year ago. So far all I had was good experience anytime I need help with my insurance company. They were very helpful in getting me the best deal for my needs and didn't make me feel like they were out to get more money from me. For some things, it felt like they went over and beyond their job which made me happier.

I have got to say that Pressilla was and is an amazing woman who takes a personal attachment to kindness and care of a person when she calls someone. She is amazing to help you thru the complicating paperwork involved in the Medicare process. I felt like she understood exactly what I needed and my financial situation. I am convinced now that she is 100% for the clients welfare and she does really care. I never have trusted sales people but Perssilla Presley is the real deal. You are not a sales commission but you are a person with her. This office takes a personal touch that will not allow the pressure of a sale. They really care about you in this time of need. I highly recommend these fine people to anyone who needs to get your insurance needs taken care of.

I have used this agency before and I used them about 3 times for different products. Somehow I just keep going back. My agent Pressilla is wonderful, cheerful and knowledgeable. She will work with you regardless of your issues and help you find a clear path to your insurance needs. I'm definitely a lifetime customer at this point. Maybe that's what makes them eternal :)

If I could sum it up I would say helpful. Very helpful. I thought there wasn't any options out there to help me with my health concerns but I was wrong. They showed me things nobody else did. I could almost say they saved my life. Very happy I used them

I love this agency. The people are honest and straight to the point. I got some dental insurance and the price and benefits were just what I needed. I was skeptical about dental plans before but now I realize I wasn't talking to the right people. I highly recommend these guys

I got some supplemental insurance to help me pay the huge deductible that i had with my current plan. Price was very affordable for me. The service was good. I would use them again.

They saved my mom tons of money on her Medicare supplement plan G. She also got a drug plan for low price and now my mom gets most of her medicines for free. I used EIA to get a health plan. In these times keeping my health on point is not an option. I was lurking around wasting time when I knew the decision had to be made. So many options & choices from everyone everywhere made me feel confused. I gave this agency a chance & am glad I did. The agent that assisted me was very knowledgeable. He explained how the plan was going to work for me & all the details exactly as it was. He listened to all my concerns & met them with solutions. I will definitely use them again for future products.
