I ordered a lamp before Christmas. Still not received it. Tried to contact them but email bounced back and can't get on their website anymore. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Received pots of slime after 3 weeks ,they were tiny nothing like advertised.They offered £2 refund!
Reported to trading and got full refund from PayPal

The pot advertised is extremely huge compared to the pot received.
I have asked for the returns process and have been told I need to pay postage.
Total con with diabolical customer service.
Delivery to UK took over 28days.

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered the slime pots, they charged me more than advertised for some unknown reason albeit they did refund the difference eventually. It took weeks for the slime to come from the states and then when they arrived they are tiny, not the size shown in the video!!!! I paid £7 a pot (x2) and paid postage. Absolute scam and waste of money. Will be reporting to trading standards and request a refund altho I will not hold out hope! You should be ashamed of yourselves taking people’s hard earned money!!!!

Absolutely appalling . Customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with . Gave incorrect info and when challenged just kept sending same generic email.dint answer questions abd refuse to refund . still not received my package . I don’t expect it ever to arrive .

Wow what can I say, this company is a scam. If you want to throw your money away then buy off them.
They advertise a completely different item to what they send you. Not even fit for purpose.
I’ve emailed a complaint, but by all the other reviews I won’t hold my breath.
Ethereal you are a joke of a company and should not be allowed to trade. Scamming people for money. You should be ashamed!!

Ordered tights in November, last update November 25th. Today is December 17th and still nothing further.

This company and their logistics, service and delivery are diabolical.
I ordered from them on the 3.11.2025. We are now on the 1.12.25 and I still haven't received the tights I ordered and paid for.
On querying with them ( 4 Emails sent to date) all I get is the same answer. Basically please be patient due to logistics. Not good enough.
Luckily I paid via Klarna, who to their credit, have suspended any future payments to this terrible supplier.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SHAM AND QUITE POSSIBLY A SCAM TOO.

Scam false advertising. What I ordered is not what I got. Kids slime pots arrived and they are only thumb size tubs not the large tubs that have been advertised.Please avoid

I ordered slime. I didn’t receive a confirmation email so got in touch. They provided me with the order number and tracking. I haven’t received been tracking it for 2 weeks. It went from china to Riyadh then to Heathrow. It moved to Hatfield then back to Heathrow where it said delivered. That is not the address I provided. They told me to check my local post office. I said why? That’s not what I paid for. They won’t refund my money and have told me to contact the shipping company which is all in Chinese!!

Appalling and will be reporting to trading standards. This scam of a company advertise using misleading images of items which are NOT the product you receive. They overcharged me to start with, then have refused to refund in full despite sending me an item which isn’t what I ordered!!
Scam scam scam, avoid

Ordered magnetic fidget balls , the website showed them as cheap but didn’t show or add postage cost until after payment for the item had been taken and a 2nd purchase didn’t get added to my original for the discount . They have told me I’m not eligible for free postage but I just don’t want to pay 2 lots of postage . Arrived and very small not as image shows

Ordered a pack of nine pots of slime, initially I was overcharged £6. I did get a refund for this but when the product did arrive nothing like the pictures the pots are tiny definitely not worth the money.
