En el viaje del aeropuerto al hotel tuvimos un inconveniente con el hotel(estaba cerrado) y no nos dejaron solos hasta que el hotel nos resolvió y nos llevaron a otro hotel que nos asignaron. Fueron de gran ayuda

They were exceptional. Our flight was changed and arrived to Cancun earlier. They accommodated us and sent a driver to pick us up prior to our scheduled time.

On the way back from Playa del Carmen ferry, we couldn't find where they were parked and they called us, guided us where to walk to meet them and patiently assisted us. We made it perfectly on time at the airport.

Superb Service. I will definitely used them again and again and again.

I would recommend them to family and friends! All staff were very friendly.

I booked 3 different one way transfers. They were very easy to find at the airport and were on time and professional. However due to the hurricane I booked a flight to leave early and with such short notice I had to cancel one of the transfers. I have been trying to contact the company for a week now to try and get a refund and they are avoiding emails and calls saying that the office is closed.

Punctual and nice driver. Got us to our destination safely and helped w luggage.

Would not recommend this company for transportation! Everything was fine with making the reservation but as of today I have not arrived at the destination for the pick up (Mexico) in fact its not for at least another week. I called to cancel due to the hurricane and our hotel getting cancelled and they refused. They offered me a credit for a year which in most circumstances would be fine but everyone doesn't go to Mexico all the time and I won't be so this is useless. I want my money back and they are saying I either take the credit or loose the money. EXTREMELEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THEM
