I accidentally subscribed to this service. The web page says I only need to contact them to cancel but I cannot find a contact number or an email address. 1 day free then £50 a month with no refund if automatic payment taken.

SCAM !

Like others, I made a payment of £0.00 on a pop-up window, thinking it was just for verification. Turns out you get stuck in a £49 monthly plan without any possibility to unsubscribe or contact the seller.

FOR THOSE WHO NEED HELP : 1) freeze your card or block the merchant (Pages turner) 2) Write to the merchant behind this site. You can find their contact on the pagesturner.com website. Basically it's support@ thenameoftheircompany .com

I informed the police about their practices. Hope this website gets closed soon.

I was looking for information on my local cancer service. Next thing tired and stupid- clicked applepay for 1p
They emailed, I emailed back cancelling.BUT I blocked my CC and will probably get a replacement as I can’t be sure it’s really cancelled.
Nightmare tricksters……..🙁

SCAM for sure.
Not sure what happened exactly as I was looking at a Police twitter site. Something odd must have popped up and I hit home button on Iphone and Santander sent me a message saying I had been charged 1 pence. As others I called the bank to cancel card etc. What is very scary is that the scammers somehow got my email address ( possible thru Safari open in Google account???) . I got a sub conformation email as I was on to the bank and then immediately clicked the unsubscribe link. Doubt if that will be real though. Anyone reading this got any ideas how they accessed the email address??

I had to cancel my card and get a completely new one in order to avoid getting scammed, be quick and don't wait, the next day even when I called my bank and told them about what happened they still found a way to try and charge me money.

Scam site, nothing to watch. Had to cancel my card, because they tried to take €29.90 a month. There is no way to unsubscribe from the site or to contact them Notified police

Terrible, terrible, terrible terrible company. Complete scam, Just had to cancel my card, Luckily, I’ Cancelled it 30 minutes after I made the payment of 1p, So hopefully no money gets taken out, But simple websites like these I don’t understand why and they still up and running causing havoc for people

Clicking a link to this site takes you straight to an Apple payment for £0.01. If you accident confirm the payment you have 24 hours to cancel before being charged a £49 a month subscription - for nothing. Complete scam.

Scam cant cancel subscription (after paying a penny to watch nothing) as the website a single page no options. You have 24 hrs to block through your bank and cancel card or they will take £50
