Great Shopping Experience!
I have been a customer for 8 months now, and OMG I thought I would never rave about Cleaning Products!! - they are fantastic! Especially that they are nasty-chemical-free, my loved ones who suffer from asthma and other breathing-related problems, no longer have reactions after using these products. The only company I know of that really care about the environment.
Brexit was a difficult time, but when I called Customer Service they were very friendly and reassured me they were doing all they could to alleviate the problem and sure enough they did! They admitted to the problem and went over and beyond to get it fixed - A very satisfied customer indeed over here. I'm glad to be in this shopping club.

Melaleuca Good Product let down by Service!
Melaleuca have failed to deal with change and ensure a smooth customer service experience.
With 2 years of notice to get things in place to deal with UK leaving the EU.........nothing was done to ensure necessary suppliers and strategies were implemented.
We placed our usual order in our usual manner and 20 days later nothing is definate and each week the delivery date pushes back yet another week. Currently we are looking at the 31st January for goods to leave Frankfurt.
Melaleuca is blaming UPS - Ultimately the delivery is the responsibility of the supplier.......all the way to the customer........no use blaming the courier.

The Best Online Shopping Ever!
I have never been more satisfied with a complete line of products before trying Melaleuca. Everything from the supplements and nutrition, sugar-free drinks that taste good to cleaning products and personal care items. The Sei Bella line of cosmetics beats anything I have used from the department stores. The best part is that they are affordable. Even on a fixed income, I can get everything I need each month without having to go into a store!
What is really a plus, is their customer service department. Every problem is handled professionally and efficiently. Love my online shopping club!! Better than Amazon any day!
