Changing to EU Game Host has been one of the best decisions I have done, I now have 1x Dedicated Server and 2x Five M Game Servers.

The team behind this company are amazing, such a great bunch of people that are super knowledgeable also - theres a very personal approach with them, not dealing with bots and stuff.

If you need anything server related these are by far the guys you want to be with!

Exceptional service and doesn't break the bank

I purchased a Minecraft pannel march 2nd(£19,20p), had a bunch off issues. on "march 3rd, (19:54)" had the Company Director respond to my ticket about Firewall issues, Which he explained was only for VPS, i understood and went with my day. A few hours later, i ask for a refund as i wasn't using the VPS and had just wasted money, server causing issues and had issues going on outside of that. Than he proceeded to tell me it wasn't a valid reason for a refund ( there TOS applys i can get a refund either way)
So i gave a valid reason, than i get told im out of the refund window(Than didn't respond untill the next day), Because he decided to mess around respond late, and postpone actually giving me a refund.
I would NOT recommened anyone using this service, the support is awful, you can get much better services and support elsewhere.

so far the service for EUGameHHost has been great, the support has been outstanding. useing any other host would be your mistake.. and a big loss.

I've been using EUGameHost for a while now and the performance is top-tier. Their anti-DDoS protection (CosmicGuard) is a lifesaver—we haven't had a single lag spike or outage during attacks, which is rare for game servers. Customer service is also very responsive; every time I’ve opened a ticket, the team (shoutout to Aaron) has been quick and actually knows the technical side of things. Definitely the best value for money if you need high-clock speed hardware.

Had a great experiance colocating my server, super fast setup and got my server live the same day I sent it.

They setup my iDrac and network all for me, super happy with their fast support. Aaron has been super helpful with the entire onbording process and coulden't have been happier!

If you are looking to move from self hosting to colocation or anything else, I wouldn't suggest anything else other than EUGameHost!

I’ve tried a lot of different game server hosts over the years, and after being with EUGamehost for over a year now, I can honestly say they’re one of the best out there — especially when it comes to customer support.

I’ve had a couple of issues along the way, and every time the support team responded immediately and got things sorted fast, even when the problem was on my end.

The pricing is excellent too, particularly for what you get. My Rust server comes with 16GB of RAM, whereas most other hosts I’ve used only offer 8GB and then charge a ridiculous amount for upgrades that you basically have to buy.

I’d definitely recommend EUGamehost to anyone looking to run their own server.

My experience was great. Awesome performance, even for a 4GB VPS. FiveM, Pterodactyl, Minecraft, whatever you need, it runs easily. I haven't really tested with Minecraft, so I can't say that heavy mods would run on a 4GB VPS, but the performance for FiveM was great. I can't complain AT ALL.

I've had three separate servers (2 VPS, 1 VDS) with EUGH for over a year now, ran into no issues with them, quality support, and the firewall + ddos protection works amazingly, would highly recommend

I have been with EUGameHost for almost two years now, and overall it has been a very positive experience. There have been some occasional issues, but their customer support is helpful and usually responds very quickly.

Recently, they changed the firewall solution, which resulted in all my rules and filters being deleted without prior notice. It left the VPS protected only by the Windows firewall. This wasn’t ideal, and they could improve by communicating more proactively in such cases.

That said, the VPS hosting is excellent value for money. Most other providers don’t offer a combination of fair prices, easy setup, included backups, a good choice of operating systems (including Windows Server), good protection, quality hardware, decent performance, little downtime and outstanding customer support. This makes them a good choice for all kinds of purposes, not only game servers.

I have just paid for another year.
