Hi, I'm sorry for the experience you're having. That's not what we want here.
Your feedback is very vague when you say that "every feature" doesn't work. Something more detailed would help us understand better.
We've had over a thousand active users on Eulen since 2019, with several using Eulen on large servers without any problems.
Perhaps you're not using it correctly or are just focusing on more appealing features, such as "farming money," which is increasingly difficult to exploit on large servers these days.
We're always updating and mitigating new types of anti-cheats, but remember that when using mods in any type of online game, unforeseen events can occur.
I'll request your information here on TrustPilot. If you can provide it, we're willing to listen to you and even assist you with whatever you need.

Hey Tikras, we're sorry about what happened. That's not what we want here.
Judging by your language, you sound like a 5-year-old. The GTA-FiveM platform is for those over 18, so you shouldn't be using Eulen.
If you want to talk like a civilized person, I'll request your contact information through TrustPilot. It would be an honor to assist you.

Hi Alfie, I'm sorry you've had such an experience. That's not what we want here.
We take the HWID reset process seriously, because if it were made easier, users could abuse it to simply share their logins with friends. We conduct rigorous checks to prevent possible account theft or even login sharing.
Usually, when an HWID reset email isn't responded to, it's because some of your data doesn't match what we have in our database. We can't provide further details via email for privacy reasons. Otherwise, this could be used as an "active Eulen user check" by server owners or anti-cheat developers, for example, to try to identify whether an email or discord message is linked to a Eulen product.
I'd like to hear from you and better understand the situation, but in order to locate you, I need you to release your data through TrustPilot. Please check if you received an email requesting data sharing through TrustPilot and accept it.

Hello,
We have no control over Stripe, it is an independent payment gateway, we do not define whether the payment will be approved or not, several orders are processed every day without any problem.
Regarding other payment alternatives, it is your choice to buy or not, we are not forcing you to do anything, your accusation of "scam" makes no sense at all, we have been active since 2019 and it makes no sense for us to have a "$5" scam.
You seem to be mistaken and exaggerating too much about the case.
Please reply to the TrustPilot email with your details so that I can locate your case and better understand what happened/reinforce with our customer service team so that this wait for a response does not happen again.

Hi Gng, I'm sorry for the experience you're going through, we're here to help you with whatever you need.
Refund cases are decided individually, each case may have an alternative, by default license keys that have already been used cannot be refunded, unless there is a specific reason for this, as your complaint does not have many details about what is actually happening to you and why you would like a refund, I will request your details here on TrustPilot so that I can contact you and better understand the situation.
We hope we can reach a solution.

bought a 1 month code and accidentally got it sent to the wrong email. I opened a ticket and provided proof of purchase etc and a new email to get the code sent to. I was told i would be sent a new code 'soon' multiple times and then had my ticket closed after 3 days of waiting. And before you ask, i joined the real discord posted by eulen in the trustpilot review replies,so it wasnt a fake/scam server

Hello Vincas, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. If I'm here answering you now, it's because we certainly don't want that and I'm here to help you.
Please check if you were actually on the right Discord, since 99% of the time someone complains about support here on TrustPilot, it's because the person was on a fake/scam Discord of Eulen and blaming us for something we have nothing to do with.
The official Discord will always be available through the link - eulencheats.com/discord
Always join through it
About the cheat being detected, that's not true. We are undetected against global bans and we haven't suffered a ban wave in over a year.
About bans on servers, it's all a matter of use. Some servers can detect rage, troll or farm functions. You need to know how to use them and understand the risks if you want to use more aggressive features.
I will request your contact details here at TrustPilot. Please authorize your details so that I can contact you and better understand what happened and how we can help you.

Scam Eulen Stripe
For 4 months I have had two subscriptions, one subscription for my Eulen cheat and another subscription called LOVACEN, a site to supposedly optimize the five M servers (associated with Eulen) $19 even though I never took this subscription but only one Eulen subscription of $20 per month, so I find myself paying two subscriptions for nothing, and I don't know how to remove my card to pay more
