Terrible customer service. Waited well over a week for an item that they had in stock. When I phoned them they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about.

I think Eurocell is very good because delivered exactly on the day I was told they would and all materials were correct as ordered

Delivery very quick. I haven't started on skirted as only just arrived

Great Staff always helpful with advice and planning a project even helped loading uvpc on to my car couldn’t fault them

Our sales chap Robin Iles was so lovely from beginning to end! Took time to take us through all the steps bit by bit, making it easy to understand and never made us feel like anything was trouble! Even when we text late asking Qs he responded and was clear and concise with what to expect and what would happen! Would recommend!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Robin Iles has been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He has gone above and beyond throughout and I couldn't find fault with anything.

I phoned to see if the product I wanted was in stock and was greeted by Alan who was very helpful, friendly and cheery. I visited your store later that day to purchase the item I enquired about. John at Eurocell is very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what I needed. Helped me out massively with the products required. I would definitely recommend fascia board, guttering, and any other plastics from Eurocell.

Waited over 5 weeks for fence panels to be delivered from the Beckenham branch. After 4 delivery date promises that were not honoured I cancelled my order. I have never experienced anything like it! I would have given them a zero star rating if that was an option.
