Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered 3 items from two different branches due to one not being available at the Brierley hill branch. Received communication from Brierley hill branch to inform the two items are ready to collect. When arrived, the two items were not in stock?? and the item that was shown not to be in stick was available?? Still waiting on refund. Had to give one star as no stars was not an option. Terrible customer service. Will not use again.

The staff go above and beyond!! (Brierley Hill)
Used the Brierley Hill Branch for the first time today. Travelled from Wales as they had this item in stock for collection immediately. The chap who served me couldn't have been more helpful as the item was a bit tricky to find in the warehouse but after 45 minutes of looking he found it. He was new to the branch, but was able to provide outstanding customer service. Thanks!
