I’ve been calling at Eurocell in Cramlington for the past couple of years to purchase bits and bobs for an extension I’ve built. Today I picked up one or two items and, as usual, Robson and Steve were in good humour, couldn’t be more helpful and tried to get me the best value for my money.

I don't normally bother to write reviews for companies, but this time I thought it was very appropriate. I had an EXCELLENT experience with the Cramlington Eurocell team (Stephen, Robson and Harry). They were knowledgable about the Eurocell products, extremely helpful and responsive in communication, kept me fully informed on progress with my order, and gave me an exceptionally good price for my order. Customer service from them was better than I've experienced from companies for a long time. I will without question be buying additional parts from the team at Eurocell Cramlington and recommend anyone else to do so too. Great job chaps!

I took six composite deck boards back over 3 weeks to your cramlington(Northumberland) branch as the employee on the desk said that it would be fine to get a refund. I still have not been refunded or had any correspondence with the branch or company. I thought I had found a good reliable company to buy my decking from as I am the owner of a landscaping company ( AS Landscapes & Driveways) but I guess not! Could I please just have my refund
